  Was told in the last review to reach out so they can resolve the issue, and also that safety and reliable equipment is what they send out to work. Reached out and this is the 3rd piece of equipment that they sent out, and wouldn't you believe it, they sent out something even worse. They even put a ready for rent tag on it and its definitely not ready for rent and its no difeerent than the same as the last two heaps they sent out. This machine is not serviced or even greased, which tells you no one is really paying attention or don't even care what they send out. Being laxed on maintenance and not making sure the equipment is safe can cause someone their life, if you're not greasing it your sure as hell not inspecting the boom. The Cab is disgustingly dirty just like all the other ones, the right mirror is shattered and held on by tie wire, the boom locks out and you can't extend or retract and have to shut it down and then back on to get it to work, the machine is stuck in 1st gear and you can't shift to any other gear, the AC or Heat doesnt work. Another machine they should've sent to auction. You really should change your company name to worst line. And "Thank you for your time" in killing my production.

  I would avoid renting from this outfit for telly handler/forklift the picture i posted of how much they take care of even their logo on the machine says it all. The equipment they rent is poorly maintained and this is the second machine they sent. 2 out of the 6 headlights lights dont work, the AC doesn't work, windshield wiper doesn't work, the machine showed up on site not even serviced as it hadn't been greased in years or cleaned in the cabin, there was broken glass still in the cab, the brakes make a very loud noise when applied and the machine throws codes daily. one code it throws will lock out the boom when not even extendedand at ground level, the seat is busted and has no suspension travel, the serpentine belt screams for 1 to 2 minutes when you first start it up. Also the machine was a united rental before this and has very high hours. I've been in the operating business a long time and this is the worst I've seen, this machine should've been sent to auction a long time ago. If this is their "best line" I could only imagine what their worst line is. Go with sunbelt or united you're paying close to the same sometimes better.

  Had some issues with my machine and being located on Long Island with no dealer I called Bestline. Shawn in PA was a big help to research my issues hoping to find a fix without having to send a service tech. Unfortunately I needed a service tech, so he set me up with one out of this NJ branch. Brian made the long trip out and was right on time and resolved my issues in a matter of hours. He was clearly a well trained and experienced technician. Jason the parts guy is awesome as well. He found the parts I needed and gets them right away. Overall a great bunch of guys and very helpful.
