  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a great experience with Consumer Carpets & Flooring! Everyone was friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. Anderson was great from start to finish. He listened to what we wanted, and made sure everything was done within our timeframe. Marcelo and Andy did a great job with the installation. The carpet came out really nice, and my entire family loved it! (Before and after pictures are added) Nelson (the owner) was also super friendly and helped us out with the pricing. Without him, we probably wouldn’t have gotten the discount 😂 Really happy with the whole experience and would definitely recommend them! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly Recommended We originally hired another contractor who took our money and never showed up to do the work. We were left with a large amount of hardwood flooring and no one to install it. After weeks of trying to reach our original contractor without success, my husband decided to look for someone else. Since we live very close to Consumer Carpet & Flooring, he stopped in and asked if they were available for a consultation. Nelson came to our house in less than an hour to assess the project. Within a week of the initial consultation, his crew was already working on our floors. They estimated the job would take two days, and based on our past experiences, we expected workers to be in our home for much longer. To our surprise, they completed everything in just one day! I was incredibly impressed by the professionalism, efficiency, and hard work of the entire team. After they finished, my husband noticed that the trim work had not been completed. We thought, “Here we go—it was too good to be true.” We called the next day expecting a problem, but Nelson was extremely professional and immediately acknowledged the oversight. He sent his employee back the very next day to complete the trim work, and they did an excellent job. Not only was the quality of work outstanding, but the final cost was approximately $11,000 less than what our original contractor had quoted us. Consumer Carpet & Flooring completely restored our faith that there are still honest, reliable contractors who stand behind their work. If you’re looking for quality flooring installation, excellent customer service, and a company that truly cares about its customers, look no further. We could not be happier with the results and highly recommend them.

  Called a couple of the big stores. Made an appointment for an estimate. Had to change it and was on hold for over a half hour two days in a row. Couldn't send anyone for a week. Called Consumer Carpets and had a guy come the same day. Better price, better service. Very satisfied! Thanks again! Very satisfied

  We did a large Hotel Commercial job with Nelson Jr and his team at Consumer Carpets. He was super helpful and Knowledgable with all our Carpet Question. Landed on a perfect Carpet for our Hotel after all his patience. Install was professional and finish ahead of Schedule!! That is rare. Price as super reasonable. End Product and install was smooth and flawless. Would use again for any of my Flooring needs. Peter Yeung
