  We had such a great experience with ModiFloors. The team was reliable, easy to work with, and paid close attention to every detail throughout the process. Igor really helped us through this process from start to finish. He was very communicative, respectful of our home, and his team took a lot of pride in their work. The floors came out beautiful! We’re so happy with the final result and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to update their floors.

  Firstly, I want to express my gratitude to the men who completed the flooring job. I understand that this is a labor-intensive process, and I appreciate their efforts. I must say that the overall quality of the flooring itself is I must say that the overall quality of the flooring is satisfactory. However, the trims and quarter rounds, on the other hand, were not up to par. Furthermore, I believe there was a significant lack of communication between me and the office. They completely disregarded my time and scheduling, and they even attempted to overcharge me for the final payment. My initial flooring start date was set for 05-26-26. On the morning of May 26, 2026, around 8:30 AM, I received a call despite having received numerous texts and emails reminding me about the importance of timely payments days prior. The call was about the inconvenience caused by the delay in the start date due to limited staffing. I was assured that someone would follow up with me about a new start date before 4 PM that day. However, no one called. I had to call the office myself by the end of the day to follow up and confirm the new start date. At this point, I requested a deposit and material refund due to the poor customer service and communication. I had a limited time frame to complete the job. When I voiced my concerns, Amandha promised to check back with me in 10 minutes. As expected, I was informed that a refund was not possible because the materials had already been received. Their best response to my request for a refund was to rush the start date despite inadequate staffing. When the job finally commenced on May 27, 2026, only one worker remained on site to begin the flooring removal. To give you an idea, I had three rooms to complete, which was absurd. Every day, only one worker stayed on site to work on the flooring. Naturally, what should have been a minimum of two-person job would take longer with only one worker. Not only was this impractical, but my flooring completion date kept getting pushed back, forcing me to call out of work for an excessive number of days. To make matters worse, I had to reach out to the office multiple times to confirm the status of my flooring job. Unfortunately, no one provided me with straight answers. Due to the job starting date being delayed, I felt it was rushed. The flooring was neatly laid, stained, and finished. However, my trims and quarter rounds were done sloppily and had numerous gaps (as seen in the attached photos). I had to independently contact the office to confirm if this was the final product and express my concerns. Brayan, came to ‘correct’ the mistakes. However, at this point, I had developed a negative impression of the entire experience. If you enjoy following up on others, this company might be a good fit for you. However, I won’t be using them for any future jobs. I felt compelled to constantly review the disorganized work being done. Truly a lack of integrity, communication, and professionalism.

  Had igor recently come home to give quote on a job. He was very pleasant and instantly there was a trust established. I threw many questions including possibly more work in future. At no point he rushed me, gave brief replies or tired to sell me anything. He was genuinely interested to help. Where a fix wasn't needed he was candid about it. Fantastic experience and Igor and Modi floor are probably going to me my go to contact for anything hardwood floors. Thanks.

  I am extremely satisfied with the floor painting service provided. The quality of the work exceeded my expectations, and the final result completely transformed the look of my home. The team was professional, detail-oriented, punctual, and very respectful throughout the entire process. The finish looks beautiful, clean, and professionally done, and my whole family absolutely loves it. I especially appreciate the care and dedication that went into every detail of the project.   We had a very positive experience with Modifloors. They removed the tiles in our kitchen and installed new flooring, and the work came out great. We needed them to come back after the job was completed, and even though they were busy, they still made time to help us. Hugo was extremely responsive, even on weekends, which we really appreciated. The crew was friendly, professional, and trustworthy throughout the entire process. Overall, we highly recommend Modifloors for flooring work.
