  Richard Smith was my technician. He was polite, professional and very transparent about the the sewage issue at my house. He later recommend video footage of my pipeline which was extremely helpful. Although, he had to wait for his manager (Andre) who was also a true professional, Rich ran to Home Depot to get a few items to finalize my job. Overall, I was very happy with their service. By the way, I also want to mention that Kim was also polite and professional.

  Avoid at all cost! We called because a plumber told us we had a clog in the washer drain that was backing up into our sink. After being quoted 700$ to snake out the clog we wanted to get another estimate, so we regretfully reach out to just drain. Our technician Richie quoted us 400$ to snake our clog. After snaking he said that something was stuck in the drain and that his supervisor would bring a camera. After about 3 hrs he came back with his supervisor and put a camera in the drain. The drain looked completely clear on the camera btw. The supervisor started saying “ cast iron yea cast iron” to which I replied what does that mean. He said the camera won’t through because of a cast iron pipe and that the water isn’t moving. Which didn’t reflect what I saw on the camera. He told me we needed to change those pipes for pvc and quoted us 9000$. I declined and called in another plumber to remove the clog for a few hundred dollars. Please stay away from these guys they are running an elaborate scam!

  Our experience of working with Just Drains was outstanding! We started having issues with our sewer backing up on a Sunday and Tim H. came out and did everything possible to fix the problem. He identified an issue that no prior plumber had and helped us understand the entire situation. Andre was also incredibly helpful and professional and the team they sent to do the work of replacing our entire sewer, led by Chris R., were incredible. They explained the diagnosis, showed us evidence of it, talked us through the solution and then completed the job expertly! They were respectful of our home and property and overall were wonderful to work with throughout the project. Nobody ever wants to have to deal with sewer and drain emergency issues, but if you do, I’d call Just Drains 100% of the time!

  I was forced/compelled to reverse my previous review. Generally professional ethics give credit of initial small work done when given major work subsequently in couple of days. Though promised to give credit of $279 paid for initial cleaning of drainage; I was denied credit for it when subsequent major work for $3800 to replace with new drainage line. Company is not trustworthy as it failed to keep promise to give credit of $280 and charged me full amount of $3800 without giving credit of $280 paid just two days back. Now since the dispute of giving credit of 1st service, no issue remains to be solved. JUST DRAIN'S rep called and was pleased to credit back the disputed first service payment.

  I could not have asked for a more professional and thorough technician. Polite and friendly, he not only performed the drain cleaning but put a camera down the system, which two others did not, to not only show me what was happening but to help me prioritize what work needs to be done. The system is up and running, but he gave me the do’s and dont’s until it is fixed. Pricing has come in and is fair and actually better than someone else who would have missed x feet and provided a surprise new amount at the time of work because they did not put the camera in. I am impressed. Anthony took his time, made sure I understood everything and certainly gained my trust.
