  This company’s conduct has been extremely unprofessional and misleading. I scheduled a service appointment to unclog my bathroom sink, that was supposed to take place the same day, yet we waited until 11:00 PM and no one arrived. When a technician finally showed up the next day, I was quoted approximately $4,700 for the repair. I declined the service, but the technician still collected a $67 service fee from my tenant despite the company’s advertised “no repair, no charge” policy. Since then, I have made numerous calls requesting a refund of the $67 fee. I was repeatedly assured that the refund would be processed and received on four consecutive Fridays, but it has never arrived. I also called twice today and was promised a return call, which I still have not received. To make matters worse, I ultimately hired a local handyman who resolved the issue for only $200, a fraction of the amount quoted by your technician. Based on my experience, I am extremely dissatisfied with the service, the lack of follow-through on refund commitments, and the misleading pricing. I am requesting an immediate refund of the $67 fee and a prompt response regarding this matter.

  We had such a great experience with Tim! He came out to help us with a sewer issue and was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, patient, and kind from start to finish. He took the time to explain everything to us, answered all of our questions, and made a stressful situation so much easier. You can tell he genuinely cares about the people he is helping and takes pride in his work. We are so grateful for Tim’s help and would highly recommend him!

  Tim, James, and Andre came out to check out our backed-up sewer line, and we couldn’t have been happier with the experience. They took their time explaining the situation, teaching us what caused the problem, and walking us through the likely solutions. They were extremely kind, professional, and transparent throughout the entire process. The initial inspection and diagnosis were completely free, and we were only charged for the drain clearing and camera inspection. They also provided us with the camera footage afterward, which was greatly appreciated. Their pricing was very reasonable, and we never felt pressured into any unnecessary work. We would definitely call them again and highly recommend them to friends and family!

  This particular contractor came out with a smile and was out to Rob the customer from the beginning the technicians name was Tim. He came to my house and pretended to sneak out a line that he could not get and said that the line was too tough for him to snake. He then proceeded to say that he needed to replace my whole kitchen drain line and it would cost close to $5000. I was apprehensive at first and would always get a second opinion, but Tim tried to nice guy me in the believing that they were giving me the best price so the next day he calls up. And says that they will do it for $3000. I tell him that still seems high and what about 2400 Tim agrees, but then says that his owner needs to verify and take a deposit before the plumber gets to the property a deposit of half 1200 I tried to explain to the owner Andre that that was not acceptable and that no one should give anyone $1200 before they were at my property. Andre refused and then proceeded to say that he was a US Marine. And that his word met everything and at that point told me to get a new plumber well good thing that he did because I got a second opinion Roto-Rooter and a most professional plumber came out and did the job Replace the whole drain line for $1043.00 With tax a very professional plumber named Jarrett this is almost criminal and buyers. Beware anyone that uses just strains in the future. Please get a second opinion for yourself. It may save you thousands. Don’t believe these people they are out to rob you from 1 concerned and lucky to not be taken advantage of by just drains American citizen. To fellow citizens

  I would not recommend this company to anyone but even more so if you’re a woman. They try to upsell you from a simple drain cleaning of $63 with the offer to $1,700! He claimed the snake didn’t work and I needed the higher service of flushing. I didn’t pay and called another company who came out to give me an estimate to fix it. They said it needed a snake. $250 later and a TRUE snake job, the drain was fixed. Just Drains kept on emailing me lowering the service from $1,700 to $1,500 and then $1,400. This was all after 1. The tech showed up 1 hour late without calling and then staying outside my door on the phone on a personal call for another 5 min, 2. Turning the snake machine on but not using the snake as I didn’t hear it in the pipe, and 3. He dirtied my whole bathroom with the dirty water from the pipe after I said I wasn’t paying for a service that didn’t fix the job. Horrible company. I requested a call from management and never received one.
