  I had a clogged sink in the basement. I called Just Drains to snake the drain, and was happy to hear about their $63 special to clean drains. When the guy came, he was unable to unclog the drain. He said we needed to flush it out with high pressure water and it would cost $1,500! I declined and called someone else. They were able to snake the drain and cleared the clog. I feel like Just Drains did an up sell on me. I would NOT RECOMMEND them and will never use them again.

  Unfortunately, this was not a good experience. I was scheduled three separate times for water jetting, and each time the technician either didn't arrive on time or there was no communication regarding their status and it turned into an entire day wait for them to never show up. Kim in customer service was excellent, friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. However, another female customer service representative had a poor attitude and seemed uninterested in helping when I called to check on the technician's status. Better communication and reliability would have made a significant difference.

  Holiday weekend service for backed up kitchen sink. First visit was auger. Indicated that’s what company prefers first. Then hydro clean if that fails. The service guy expected the auger to fail. Next wait a day for hydro clean. Took hours for the service guy to get the equipment to work. Bad battery. Finally with new battery it took him only about 30 minutes to clear the drain. Floor was all tracked and messy. Homeowner cleans up. Hot nasty weather on holiday . I get it. They got the drain cleared so that’s what counted

  Overall, I was very happy with the service and that everything got done in one day. I was happy with the staff too like Andre, the lead who gave me a very detailed invoice and explained everything in detail. Also, the lead for the job Chris who took a lot of pictures once the job was finished. Also, the company promised a 15 warranty. My lesson was: never let unlicensed maintenance people work on your plumbing, especially because I already inherited a plumbing system that was simply in bad shape! Thanks Just Drains!!!

  Misleading, deceptive, clumsy. They didnt know what they were doing and did not respect me as a customer enough to rehearse their con-job. They were unable to use a snake to unclog a drain, did not provide footage they took of my drain and cracked my existing cast iron while chiseling off the cap. When confronted with these accusations they attempted to gas light me with the idea that the proof I was seeing before my eyes was some how unreal. Case in point -- it took another non professional only ten minutes to free my drain by pulling out the blockage allowing the drain to fully clear
