  I had a really bad experience with this marina. I used them because I was in a pinch, had 2 boats down and my regular mechanic was out of town. They were rude from start to finish. Ending with "we don't need your pontoon or whaler here, we've got plenty of business". If you use them, ask for costs upfront and make sure you approve any work before it's done so you're not left paying for something you didn't ask them to do.

  What a wild day! Needed a tow the other day and I called their service line. They showed up in about an hour and towed us to a safe spot. Turns out the fuel gauge was malfunctioning! 🤦🏼‍♂️ All fixed now and back on the water!

  I’ve been a loyal customer of theirs since they took over the marina, and I must say, I’m always impressed by their helpfulness and friendliness. Whether it’s a repair, a sale, or helping you get your boat in and out of the ramp, they go above and beyond to ensure you have a fantastic day on the lake. I wouldn’t dream of keeping my boat anywhere else. I’m incredibly happy with their professionalism and courtesy.

  Jim, Stacey and Mike and the amazing team they have at West Shore Markne took a broken down Marina and built the best spot on the lake… beautiful docs, awesome mechanics, everyone is so awesome and helpful, you have two awesome restaurants on each side of the Marina, The Beacon and Patrick’s which is honestly my favorite for best bang for the buck meals vs the rest of the lake. You are basically mid lake here, no big waves ripping your boat around….. totally enough parking…. But the Marina family owners and team, and the really fun people who dock here are all like family. We all tie up, have a great time together. If you’re a Marina guest, they do their best to get you back in water asap…. Towing for their customers is on point…. I’ve been a boater all my life, a girl boater none the less, and I have never ever ever ever felt more at home than I do here. They are reliable. Trustworthy. Responsive, and keep adding more and more services like free ice and also will open up and close up your boat with an hours notice…. They have another marina as well…. Same people…. Honestly I rarely take my time to write reviews, but all my years in boating. Between owners, staff, and customers, it’s one big huge family….. nothing like it on the lake!
