Nate did a great job explaining the water softener process. I appreciate that he advised on the steps to change the filter, refilled the salt bin, and gave us a quote for a purification system in the same day.

Kevin came out for my annual filter and UV lightbulb change. He was very communicative, professional, knowledgeable, and on time. at the end of the visit, he was able to provide me with information regarding my water levels. I Look forward to continue to work with them.

I am a Kel Tren customer both at my home and business. Between the two, I deal with many service providers, and your team consistently stands out for excellent communication, knowledge, and professionalism. I am particularly impressed by the young people you have on your team. Their knowledge and the way they carry themselves speak very well of your hiring, training, and leadership. Hats off to you for doing it right. As a fellow business owner, I know how much effort goes into building a team that delivers that kind of service consistently. It deserves recognition.

I had a water filtration system put in my house. Everyone I worked with from the gentlemen who first came to give me the estimate to the two gentlemen who came to install were friendly, professional, and answered all my questions. It was a pleasure working with all of them.

I had Kel Tren install a reverse osmosis point of use system with an inline bayoxide cartridge filter in August. We have Arsenic 3 and 5 in our water. After years of trying different solutions, we just received my water test back and Arsenic came in undetectable. Thanks for installing a great system with no headaches on the day of install. Smooth experience all around.
