  I was shocked in the BEST WAY POSSIBLE at the level of customer service provided by this company! Due to no fault of their own, the wrong size dumpster was ordered. I realized it as the dumpster was being offloaded onto my driveway … and had to stop the driver in his tracks. Given the situation I was very apologetic but sort of expected some push back. The gentleman driver could not have been more kind. He helped me troubleshoot how to proceed and within the hour a more appropriate size dumpster arrived. The best part is my 20 month old Grandson who loves “Big Truck” was my shadow that day and we even got to work the levers on this massive piece of equipment! 😃

  I recently used AJ Carnevale for dumpster rental, trash and appliance removal. They were nothing but perfect. The dumpster arrived and was picked up exactly when planned. Everyone was a pleasure to work with. Moving is stressful and AJ Carnevale and staff made it one less thing I had to worry about. Thank you for your professionalism and for making my life easier!

  We recently had a bathroom remodel that required an unexpected dumpster for the project. I was referred to AJ Carnevale and decided to go with them. I called and spoke to Victoria and I was told that I needed a permit for a the dumpster to be dropped in front of our home. I was able to get the permit and pay for the dumpster the same day. It was dropped the next day as promised. I let her know that this was my very first time ordering a dumpster and had no experience doing so. I paid in full and when it was dropped, the driver was pleasant. I thought the initial process was seamless and as easy as could be. They said I had the dumpster for 2 weeks and if it needed to be picked up before, I could call. Which I did. I thought I was finished with everything but, I was surprised to receive a phone call from Victoria the day after it was picked up saying that my dumpster was over the 2 ton limit and I had to pay additional money. I told her I was not made aware of a weight limit because she never disclosed that to me at any point in the initial conversation. I let her know I have no problem paying, but told her for future reference she should be more diligent with ALL clients and not just first timers and let them know. She responded by telling me “I’m pretty sure I let you know that”. Which I told her she absolutely did not but it’s fine, I’m still going to pay. She decided to respond “I did but I’m not going to go back and forth with you.” I let her know neither am I but like I said she did NOT tell me there was a weight limit but I’m going to pay for it so don’t worry about it. She was very rude and unprofessional and this additional payment was almost 50% of my original payment. I am writing this review to bring awareness to the way I was treated and spoken to as not only a paying customer but a first time customer. She ruined my experience, I would never work with this company again or refer them. She needs to learn to take accountability. Especially to someone who is paying the balance with no hesitation. Also, please note that I never received a receipt or invoice for either payments that was made to this company until today 4/30/26 @ 10:15am. I called her a second time to let her know I never received a receipt. She told me she would resend it. It appears she had the wrong email address. When I confirmed my email, I miraculously received 2 emails today for both payments. On the receipt/invoice I am just seeing for the first time , I now see the invoice shows the 2 ton weight limit. Please remember that I NEVER received the initial receipt/invoice until today , almost 2 weeks since the initial payment and the dumpster was dropped. I want it to be emphasized that I have no issue paying the overage, which I did without hesitation. I already let them know this was my first time so my ignorance is noted. My issue was with how she spoke to me telling me she told me something that she absolutely did not. The information she omitted was pertinent and she needs to take accountability.

  Great company to deal with, never over charged me and service was excellent, driver take care my property, highly recommend them
