  Really great experience! I had my Mom and Dad call me from work, upset that they didn't have heat working in the house. I called Muccia Plumbing just finding them through a google search close to Hackensack. The lady on the phone handled things right away and I had someone at my parents' house within the hour. The tech was very informative and helpful to my 86 year old dad. He got the furnace running and the house had heat with 15 mins of him being there. However, I explained to him that the heat would most likely be turned off again after 24 hours because there is a leak with the ball valve. There was a miscommunication because he had left thinking everything was ok and did his job. I got an invoice for 400 dollars the next day. After speaking with the lady I explained to her the entire situation. I let her know that the heat was not fixed it just had a band aide. She told me not to worry about the service fee or any other charges because she understood it was a misunderstanding. It is not everyday you get someone who is actually a human being. I am a business man myself and I would never stiff anyone out of money. We both understood the situation and handled it like 2 people who care about people. Not just tyring to charge people money and not caring about how they get it. I will forever call this company when dealing with my home or parnts home. For no other reason then they are good people and I can trust them!

  Muccia Plumbing replaced the faucet in my kitchen. They were here when promised, did a great job replacing the faucet, and left everything spotless!
