  Mayfair Remodeling (Newton) recently was the General Contractor for a complete kitchen renovation done this year. In 2020, they did a large home addition for us. When we decided to renovate our kitchen we immediately called Newton, I wouldn’t use anyone else. Both projects were handled with extreme professionalism and completed within the agreed upon budget and timeline. The team is always meticulous, courteous, and neat. In several instances the plumbers,electricians and painters went above and beyond, working late or coming on off days, to keep the project moving on time. Communication is key to a stress-free project and Newton absolutely delivers, patiently answering questions and being in person on site to oversee the project. We will definitely use Mayfair Remodeling again, and continue to recommend them to family and friends.

  We had a wonderful experience again with Mayfair Remodeling. They previously did our roof and this time they replaced a large casement window in the front of our house. From start to finish, the experience was wonderful. Communication was excellent, workmanship was great and clean up after finish was immaculate. We are so happy with our new window and look to be doing more work with them in the future.

  Newton and his crew did a great job on the roof and siding on an addition to our house and resided the front of the house. He is smart and knows how to do things well. Most importantly, Newton is good and honest person who cares about doing the job right. It was a pleasure working with him and his team. I highly recommend them.
