  Wow! This was such a wonderful experience from the initial phone call to leaving the store-- AN ABSOLUTE LOCAL GEM. I originally called Carpet Yard on a whim to inquire about a possible rug donation for my new classroom and was met with incredible kindness, humor, and professionalism. When I arrived, the owner, Justin, spent about 45 minutes engaging and he helped me find the perfect rug to create a fun, calming learning atmosphere for my students. I still am in awe of his extraordinary generosity and the time he invested in us. Justin was exceptionally personable and indirectly taught my children a priceless lesson about community and kindness. We are so fortunate to have business owners like him in our neighborhood. The level of care & customer service here is second to none, and I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for quality products and a great experience!!!

  I had such a great experience with Carpet Yard from start to finish! Jason was absolutely amazing to work with—helpful, knowledgeable, responsive, and made the entire process incredibly easy.   We recently had an outstanding experience working with Jason and his team from Carpet Yard in changing out all the flooring in our first floor. After looking at a few places we choose Carpet Yard based on their professionalism, effort and price. Jason was very understanding, patient and helpful in assisting us in finalizing our color choice and explaining how it would show in our house. He explained everything and answered numerous questions as they arose. He went through the entire process and was very transparent in detailing that we might find some issues with our floors once everything was removed as there seemed to be some unlevel areas which were already visible and how this could add some cost to the project. The team that completed our installation was extremely polite, professional and knowledgeable. They explained their plans, timeline and kept us informed throughout the entire process. After completing the removal, they showed us the areas that were not level and provided a few options to address and resolve the issue which were all very reasonably priced. The installation team worked hard over two days to not only complete all 6 rooms but also returned the furniture to its original place along with cleaning up and removing a majority of the dust created throughout the process. Their attention to detail were more than I could have expected and our floors look great. Next time we are looking for flooring or carpet, I will be sure to reach out to Jason and the team at Carpet Yard again.

  Thanks Justin and team! You guys knocked it out of the park. Very honest, professional and high integrity. Good price point. Very pleased with the appearance of the carpet and quality. I was able to manage this project 2500 + miles away without any worries. We are glad we chose you 100% over the other company.

  amazing experience with jason and the store! during construction- I learned that my floor needed to be replaced quickly. Jason was able to get me the most beautiful floor in under a week installed. Using him for other rooms as well. Love them. best customer service!
