  This company came recommended by my pool company. I hired them to run a short 4ft pipe from an existing gas lead into a new pool heater. I agreed to T&M based on their reputation and the referral but unfortunately regret hiring them. The completed work looks terrible and included unnecessary materials. They also charged me for the time it took for the onsite installer to go to home depot to pick up materials. When I asked the guy how long he was gone he didn't remember and appeared to be intoxicated. The job came to $700 and based on other professionals I contacted should have been half that price. Update: I spoke to the woman who answers the main line to provide feedback. She kindly let me know that Steve (the manager) would call me back and she was sorry about the experience. I sent them pictures of the work and let her know if the manager thinks this is fine I will trust him. I just received a call from someone named Mike. Mike was rude and told me there was “a million and one ways to pipe it. He piped it the way he piped it.” I told him I just wanted to know if it was done correctly. He seemed frustrated I was sharing negative feedback. Horrible customer service. Based on other reviews I assume all is well if your project goes well but avoid dealing with these guys if you can.

  This is now my 3rd time using Caballero & Sons for various plumbing related issues and they impress me every time. I called this morning and they were able to send someone out same day to investigate a water leak. The leak was quickly identified; the problem was remediated swiftly, and my bathroom was left as clean as it was before the plumber arrived. Caballero & Sons has earned my trust and will be the only one I call with plumbing issues.

  Absolutely 5 stars for Caballero and Sons! They showed up only a few hours after I called and were incredibly courteous, clean, and professional from start to finish. It’s rare to find a company this prompt and dependable. I highly recommend them.
