- FFFJun 4, 20261.0I bought 5 very expensive shades for a room. After they installed them, one shades was not coming down straight. I called and they said $99. to come by and look at it. I was furious, I only had the shades for a few days. With a lot of arguing, they came, no charge. Instead of admitting that they measured wrong, they accused me of adding a beam in the window. I told them that came with the house. They were saying i was lying and I had to show them pictures, proving it was built with the house. I was so upset. They fixed it, but still its not right. She was so rude to me. Once they have your money, you're nobody to them. The couple who owned budget blinds before them were extremely nice. But this lady, I would never trust them or there work. Go to homedepot, they are great!!!! I can't believe that they were going to charge me $99. to look at a mistake they made and making me look like a lier. Will never buy from them again!!!! The shades don't even stay down, I have to put something heavy to hold them down.
