  I had an excellent experience with Basement Waterproofing Solutions, thanks to Sal Jr. He did a fantastic job resolving my water pump issue and helping prevent water from getting into my garage. Sal Jr. was friendly, punctual, well-prepared, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what was going on and made sure everything was working properly before he left. I especially appreciated that he went above and beyond by cleaning out the drains and getting the entire system back to optimal operating efficiency.   Amazing job. We had a Sump pump go, I called them in the morning and they were there that afternoon with a new pump, and also installed a backup pump, so one less thing I have to worry about. Amazing service at a reasonable price.

  Sal Jr and his team helped us with a very stressful surprise after only a few months of buying our home. There was water accumulation in our basement and Sal walked me through the process of how a french drain would help by installing french drains around the perimeter of our basement. We also had some additional work done with mold remediation, vapor wrap and replacing insulation in crawl spaces and replacing exterior pipes from sump pumps. They were on time, professional, cleaned up after themselves daily and at the end of the project. It was an added expense and stress that we were not prepared for, but we feel confident that it was money well spent to save us from future headaches. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND this team of experts in a family business who have been in this space for generations!
