Then became hostile and rude when we called him on it. Cursing and name calling is unacceptable in a professional setting. Do yourself a favor and don't let Gary into your yard. Edited to add There was no sewage in our yard when you arrived and you know it. You left a mess and would rather pass the blame than take accountability. Do the job correctly and people won't complain. You also damaged our fence and said nothing about it.

My attorney agreed to keep 10k in escrow for incidentals just in case. We closed. The buyer wanted an upgrade to support her new project ideas for the additional space she was creating. She signed the Atlas contract to be held accountable for the $1800.00 upgrade. Here we are 4 years later and I have yet to have my escrow balance released by her attorney because I cant get Atlas to send me a simple email stating theres ZERO balance on my side. After endless emails and phone calls from me, my realtor and my attorney. They have yet to respond. Yet they were quick to respond when i was paying $25, 000 for the installation. Do better Atlas!!
