  We had an excellent experience with J.H. Roberts Hvac from start to finish. The team was professional, knowledgeable, punctual, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Their workmanship was top-notch, and they treated our home with care and respect throughout the entire process. What really stood out was their honesty and attention to detail. They made sure the job was done right, answered all of our questions, and went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied. It’s hard to find companies these days that combine quality work with great customer service, but J.H. Roberts AC absolutely does. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, trustworthy, and skilled HVAC service. We will definitely use them again in the future.

  From the front office staff to the field technician service was excellent…a very knowledgeable and friendly team. Will recommend them to my friends and neighbors. I have a yearly service plan and very happy I did it.

  Andrew was great! He expected to be on a sales call for a new system but he realized that might not be necessary. He explained all aspects of the two zones in my house and even got his coworker Zane on the phone to discuss options for me. Might be able to troubleshoot the one zone for a bit. Called his coworker for me to make arrangements for a next day appointment. Explaining everything to him so he was ready for the situation. Highly recommend Andrew!!
