  Ac went out and their tech Shane, came promptly to asses. He was polite, thorough, not rushed and informed as to what prospects were. They weren't good, but he well represented jh Roberts.

  The company is very responsive and worked in a timely manner to get our new A/C compressor installed quickly. They answered and came out same-day on the 4th of July, Monday came and I got my invoice, accepted, and within 24 hours we had cool air again. Would recommend!

  JH Roberts is the best company to handle installations, maintenance and repair HVAC equipment. I’ve used their services over the years and have never had any issue with their work or pricing. Their service representatives are always on time, very knowledgeable and friendly.

  I am writing to share my disappointment regarding an HVAC system installation from August 2025. Over the subsequent nine months, we experienced ongoing issues, which ultimately required me to bring in an independent contractor to evaluate the system. Unfortunately, the quality of the final installation and product fell short of expectations, reflecting a distinct lack of attention to detail. Communication has also been a significant challenge. I have reached out on multiple occasions requesting a phone call from the owner to discuss these outstanding matters, but my requests have gone unanswered. I hope management will use this feedback constructively to improve their quality control and customer service moving forward.
