We have been calling about a warranty replacement window since April. No resolution. Calls to Pam and Larry are not returned. We tried to contact corporate in December, they were no help. Save your money, go elsewhere, the warranty they promise is useless and they will just ignore you.

We recently upgraded all 20 windows in our home using Window World services. Larry, at the Flemington showroom, provided comprehensive guidance by showcasing samples and explaining the technical aspects of window construction, aiding us in our decision-making process. Robert, our sales representative, presented us with various options and offered a competitive quote. Within 8 weeks of placing our order, the installation was completed efficiently, with minimal disruption to our daily routine. The installation team demonstrated professionalism and ensured a tidy cleanup afterward. Although one pane was damaged during transit, it was promptly replaced a few weeks later, with a temporary panel installed in the interim. Additionally, when we encountered a draft issue with one of the windows this winter, Larry promptly addressed and resolved the issue. Overall, we had a fantastic experience with Window World Garden State West.

Stay away from this irresponsible company, owner, Larry (in charge of measurement & installation appointments), sales Robert (quote estimate). 100% disappointed and regret when dealing with them. I was referred by a friend living in Edison, but due to their franchise territory, where we live could only be assigned to Flemington location, and I wished I read the reviews before going for it. If knew how bad this store is, I would never go to them. It would seem fine in the beginning like other reviews said, but you would definitely regret it, DEFINITELY.

The windows are leaking, and one of them has condensation inside. Despite my numerous emails and calls with photos, nobody has followed up. I wish the companies would stand behind their warranties.

We got replacement windows last year. Robert the salesman was awesome. Very friendly and helpful! He answered all my questions. The installers worked diligently and did a great job. They cleaned up after themselves so well, you couldn’t even tell they were there! We are very happy with the windows and noticed how energy saving they were this past winter. Now we are going to replace our large living room window and will be going with Robert and Window World again!
