  We just finished up a flooring job with Floors Direct and it was fantastic. We had wall to wall carpet removed and put in Karndean Spring Oak laminate floors. The installers were so professional and kind. The living space looks larger and we are so grateful for the excellent service.

  We recently had a flooring project completed by Floors Direct in our home and could not be happier with the results! We had Karndean in Warm Brushed Oak installed throughout our entire second floor and family room. They also removed the tile in our powder room and installed Brazilian teak hardwood to match the existing teakwood throughout our first floor. The transition is so seamless that you would genuinely never know there was ever different flooring in the powder room. We also had new 5-inch colonial baseboards installed throughout the project, and everything came out absolutely beautiful. From the very beginning, the experience was excellent. Peter, the owner, came out to our home twice and answered all of our many questions throughout the quoting and planning process. He was knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly explain everything without ever making us feel rushed. Their showroom was also fantastic and made the selection process much easier. His wife even let me bring home six flooring samples so we could see everything in our own lighting and space, and Peter personally picked them up during his second visit to our home. John and Pete, the installers, were incredibly professional, detail-oriented, and thorough from start to finish. You can tell they truly care about the quality of their work and take pride in getting every detail right. They took the time to address squeaky areas in the floors we identified before installation, which we really appreciated. They also installed the baseboards so everything sat clean and flush to the floor without needing shoe molding, which was very important to us for a more seamless and elevated look. Communication throughout the entire project was great, they treated our home with care and respect, and the whole process felt smooth and stress free. We are beyond happy with the final result and would absolutely recommend Floors Direct to anyone looking for high-quality flooring work and a team they can truly trust.   We had an amazing experience working with Pete and his entire team. After purchasing our home, we had a major project of redoing the entire first floor flooring - almost 2000 sq ft. Pete came out immediately and was extremely knowledgeable. He measured, brought samples, provided feedback, and we felt comfortable working with him on such a huge project. John and his team spent many days ripping up our old flooring and replacing it with new flooring. They were very detailed and definitely went above and beyond. What also really stood out to us was the great communication and service in general. We plan to use floors direct for future flooring projects as well and highly recommend them!

  We had a wonderful experience with the entire Floors Direct team when working on the installation of a carpet runner. They were knowledgeable, reasonably priced, professional, and thorough. We would recommend them to anyone in need of a stair runner and hope to use them again!
