  The Window World team did a great job from sales through installation. The windows were ready for installation and delivered in the promised timeframe. The installers were professional, courteous and they left the job as clean as when they started. I recommend Window World for anyone looking for replacement windows.

  Nicely constructed! I had "22" windows done back in "2021" & just had another "12" windows done with Window World again recently! The installers were great & cleaned up after the installation! I would highly recommend them to family & friends!!!

  Salesman was very informative and friendly. Price for my front door was what I expected. Then came the installers who were also friendly and went right to work . After the installation they cleaned up any mess and asked if I had any questions, I didn't, so they made sure I was happy with the install. Which I was. The door looks great. THANKS Window World!!!

  I had met with Carmelo when he came out to give me the pertinent info about the window replacement process. It was described to me exactly how it went. I replaced two very large windows that had to have a specific color on the exterior due to HOA requirements. I was told it would take about 6 to 8 weeks for them to come in. I received a call just about 6 weeks later telling me they were ready for install. I was able to schedule an appointment that fit my schedule without an issue. The day of the install they arrived right on time and amazingly about three hours later the job was done. I did not have to do any touch up painting after, as nothing was even scuffed. The floor in the vicinity was clean as well. I would give the installers a 10 out of 10. If the previous installer of the windows that were being replaced had done as professional a job, I would not have even needed Window World to begin with.

  Sales rep, Tom, was very easy to talk to, adjusted to our conversation style quickly and whole discussion was reasonably long and detailed enough to answer our questions without being overwhelming. Door order took exactly the amount of time they shared, no surprises. Installation was very smooth (even, as we found out later, there were issues during the process which they solved without involving us) - guys were polite, as quite as they could, very fast, and they cleaned after perfectly! We are very happy with new door so far, it's not cheap but price seems reasonable now that we see the result. Old door was probably about 60 years old, it was ugly, damaged and drafty. New door fits the house and makes it look so much better, not even talking about warmth factor.
