I did have some issues upon delivery with my electronic key pad. David, and Benjamin, from the service team, took the time to come out in person to my location to go through the necessary steps to resolve my issues. This is a sturdy and well built shed - I highly recommend seeing David in Fairfield or Clifton NJ for any of your shed needs!

- BSBruce SikoraJan 4, 20251.0Stay away. After several months of searching, I decided to purchase a Tuff Shed and was delighted to find a location in Fairfield NJ, about a 30-minute drive for me. Per their website (and Yelp heading), they are closed Wednesday and Sunday and open all other days. I drove over today (Saturday) to make a purchase and discovered they were closed. A gentleman in their parking lot informed me they are only open Monday - Friday. My business will go elsewhere. As of today (02-15-25) the website still shows them as open on Saturday.

My job was mismanaged right from the start with an incompetent Salesperson, and up until all the mishaps of the installation. The only part anyone from Tuff Shed got right was taking my payment. Otherwise, the low level of unprofessional and unaccountable customer service I experienced was unparalleled. Tuff Shed was a very tough go. I hope to help and spare anyone else the agony. I urge you not to purchase your shed here - go elsewhere.
