Ordered $1000 worth of stair treads. Still waiting, it's been a month. The store has been telling me that my order has been left behind at the warehouse in Tennessee every week. Call customer service 3 times because apparently no one owns the store or is a manager. Customer service keeps telling me "the team" needs to look into it. Still no answers. My only option is to cancel the order. No definite answers, no we're going to do this because we lied to you several times , no nothing. The customer is always wrong and we don't care if you get what we advertised. Pathetic horrible experience. Don't waste your time.

My wife and I recently purchased new floors for our house and they are absolutely amazing. Not only did the store have such wide range of floors to choose from but the staff was very accommodating and knowledgeable. Able to get the amount we needed from another store and they arrived very quickly. They went above and beyond to give us the best possible deal on not just the floors but when I needed to come back for moldings and thresholds they did everything they could to give us the best deal on those as well Everyone we dealt with was courteous and professional- this store has a great staff and will recommend them to friends and families- thanks again for the amazing floors and also making the purchase smooth, and hassle free!

Customer service here was terrible! Very pushy saleswoman... Followed me around the showroom the entire time I was there. Not only that, but everytime I found something I liked she proceeded to tell me how the color would look bad in my house and kept pushing me towards the option she wanted me to take. I have a degree in interior design and worked as a design consultant for years... I know what I'm looking for and what will work in my own home! Very unprofessional atmosphere overall.
