  I hired John and his crew to come in mid project of a gut renovation to take us to the finish line. The team was always professional and answered any questions I had quickly. My HVAC system is up and running great along with a fresh air intake required by the town and everything works flawlessly! Highly recommend J&M!

  J&M installed a heat pump central air system in my 100 year old home and did a great job! They were able to navigate the complexities of routing duct in an old home while still providing sufficient cooling and checked in with us for anything that deviated from the original plan. Would definitely recommend them for all your HVAC needs.

  We had a problem with the A/C and when I called J&M they came out within a couple of hours. Subsequently the following week we had another issue and again, they showed up the same day I called and the problem was completely resolved. Very responsive and qualified techs.

  In the middle of a heat wave and very poor air quality due to the Canada wild fires, our A/C stopped working. J&M came out quicky and was able to complete the repairs, which required replacing the motor, within one business day. Totally would recommend.

  I can't say enough great things about J & M Cooling and Heating! The installation of my new central air system was an outstanding experience. A special thank-you to Dan, the supervisor, who made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions. It was clear that he genuinely cared about making sure the installation was done right and that I was completely satisfied. I also want to recognize the incredible installation team. They spent days working in an extremely hot attic installing my new system, and despite the challenging conditions, they never once complained. They worked tirelessly, stayed professional, and remained courteous and respectful the entire time. Their work ethic, positive attitude, and attention to detail were truly impressive. They treated my home with great care and left everything clean when the job was finished. My new central air system is running perfectly, and I couldn't be happier with the results. It's obvious that J & M Cooling and Heating takes tremendous pride in their work and in taking care of their customers.
