  The installers did a fine job. However the scheduling and customer service experience was extremely frustrating once the company had my payment information and 50% deposit. Before signing, I was told by the salesperson, Mig, that they would install the first week of June and it would be a quick job. That week passed without a peep from WW, so I called for an update. Window delivery was apparently delayed, and the next available install date was not until 6/23, despite my prior arrangement with Mig. On 6/23, the install was canceled due to weather. I was told someone would contact me later that day to reschedule, but no one ever did. On 6/25, I emailed Mig my concerns and requested he call me. I never received a response or phone call from Mig. They eventually called and we scheduled my install Mon, 6/29. That appointment passed without any communication, so I called and found out they scheduled me instead for Tues, 6/30, of which I was not informed. I conveyed my frustration with the repeated communication failures, and I requested a discount for the inconvenience. However, after the install, I was charged the full remaining balance. When I called again, the individual who answered did not have record of my request or previous discussion. I also requested a copy of the company's Terms & Conditions because they are referenced on the front of my quote but were never included with it. I still have not received them. The installers deserve credit for their work, but the scheduling and customer service were a major disappointment. It is unacceptable that I repeatedly had to chase down updates, received no follow-up from the salesperson (Mig), had multiple scheduling failures, and then had my concerns ignored. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Window World unless they significantly improve their communication and customer service.

  Loooove my new window!! From start to finish Window World was really wonderful and the process seamless. Stopped in one day to inquire, got to see the windows and found out that all are custom made to order and that the options for windows were wonderful and everyone was helpful. Next was Mig, our salesman, he came out, didn't over sell, was not pushy or typical salesman in anyway. Instead we really clicked and shared genuine time. This matters. I would so much prefer to do business with people I like and have gone out of my way for the right fit.. luckily didn't have to I this case... as their business is centrally located. Finally came install day! They called prior to arrival and arrived just before scheduled time, so no sitting around all day waiting. Also they were actually quicker than the load of laundry I put in. Made no mess, were not loud and the window looks fabulous!! They too were friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again. Thanks to everyone!!

  This business is incredibly competent. I have always been helped by Blair, a stellar individual. I had them replace windows that were decades old, with frames that needed replacing, and these gentlemen, Briliant, (Brill for short) Xhulio and Jose, are the hardest working men I've met. Their work ethic is admirable, and they do a great job, for a great price. Installation is included with the price of the window, with three thicknesses to choose from...with only $100 difference between the prices, it makes sense to get the best they have. The difference in my heating bill is incredible, they do such a great job. You work hard for your money, you want people you pay to do work for you to do the same, they do!!! Thank you, AGAIN, Window World of Atlantic City! AND I almost forgot to mention, the federal tax credits for energy efficiency was a law! The 30% tax credit (and it carries over if you exceed the max credit), that's right off your taxes, is in effect till 2030 when it expires! The money I got back from my taxes really helped with the expense!
