Despite multiple attempts to get a price for our kitchen, reaching out numerous times, and being told we'd definitely have a price the next day (twice), we were never contacted back. Not sure how a place like this stays in business, nevermind having decent reviews.

A friend suggested Certified Kitchens. We did not know anything about this company. From start to finish everything was completed as expected and professionally. The crews who completed the work were fantastic. The quality of the cabinets are excellent. The price was perfect. Whenever I had questions and it was often the office and owner answered my emails quickly even on weekends. I cannot say enough good things about Certified Kitchens. I would recommend this company to family and friends. Simply outstanding!!!

Bob never showed up for the appointment. Never returned several phone calls and messages. They are not able to do custom work or they are just not responsive to their potential customers. I would never leave a bad review for small business but Certified Kitchen's not responsiveness is appalling.
