  Absolutely terrible experience. Mark came out, took measurements, we agreed on the price, and I was told the awning would be ready in about three weeks. By the fourth week, I started calling for an update, but no one answered the phone. I texted Mark, and he said he’d get back to me, but he never did. When I finally asked if I should just go with another company, his only response was a 👍. That’s apparently how they handle customers after wasting a month of their time. I was hoping to have my awning installed before the 4th of July weekend, but thanks to their lack of communication and complete disregard for their customers, I now have to start the entire process over with another company. If you value your time, avoid this company at all costs.

  I received a great recommendation and want to pay it forward... Mark and his team did a great job replacing our awning and helping a neighbor replace theirs. And now we have a beautiful new awning thus I have a happy wife. Thanks guys! The pricing was the most competitive in the area that I received. I highly recommend you give them a call.

  Mark, Came to repair my awning 1. Gave a fair price upfront. 2. Came on the day agreed on time. 3. Finished the job on time. 4. Cleaned up the work area 5. Did not overcharge. I am very impressed. Will definitely call him if needed. Very satisfied.
