  Amazing service! The technician took the time to thoroughly explain what was happening with both of my units and provided helpful information about simple maintenance techniques to keep them running efficiently and in good condition. I really appreciated the professionalism, patience, and willingness to educate me rather than simply completing the service. Highly recommended!

  I wake up in the middle of the night hearing dripping nowhere near a bathroom. An hour later I’ve figured out it’s the attic AC. I start looking for someone immediately and find Kyle. He’s able to come the same day, late appointment in order to squeeze me in. I’ve had some bad experiences with HVAC companies coming in and overcharging. This was a refreshing change. Went over and beyond in getting the system fixed staying late into the night to get it done. The price was so beyond fair that I intend to use him to service my system regularly.

  Kyle went above and beyond in diagnosing and mitigating problems with an air conditioning system installed by another company. His diagnostic appointment really was that: he even called the manufacturer to confirm his suspicion that the unit was wired incorrectly. He gave us a very detailed report after that appointment, as well as another one after he had completed the service. He also provided us with photos from every step of the way. Once he opened the ductwork, he found that the damage was even more severe than was evident initially; he took it in stride and completely overhauled the trunk. He also found that the unit had additional wiring problems, and he fixed those as well. In all, what he had estimated would be a 2-3 hour job took him the better part of seven. He honored his flat rate and we paid what was originally discussed. What I want to highlight is his attention to detail. He wasn't following a recipe; he was thinking about what he was seeing and working backwards to root causes. You can't really put a price on that.

  Quite honestly the worst experience me or my family has had hiring anyone to work on our house over the last 20 years. Kyle’s unprofessional ranged throughout all the tasks he needed to complete. Constantly on his phone, sitting in his van, Kyle needed to do immense research to figure out how to “fix” our AC unit. We currently have had to spend thousands and thousands of dollars after Kyle had done his work to repair all of the internal damages he had caused. We have had to replace our unit entirely after Kyle was unable to fix it or even let us know what was wrong to begin with, all of this after already taking thousands of dollars from us; which we were advised to get back due to the poor quality of work and lack of completion. Kyle also continuously made my other female family members uncomfortable, specifically when he chose to stay at our house until 3 AM in the morning, complaining later nobody was awake to tell him to go. I just really want to urge anyone to choose a HIGHER QUALITY SERVICE OVER THIS ONE as I wouldn’t wish what happened on anyone else- which is also the only reason I choose to write this review as it was so incredibly sad to watch my older parents get ripped off by this man.
