  We had a terrible clog between two sinks, and Rob was expeditious in fixing our problem. We appreciated the courteous service and would recommend Roto Rooter highly.

  Tito was fantastic. On time, professional, and took the time to explain our sewer issue and what he was going to do to repair it. I would highly recommend calling Roto Rooter and asking for Tito. He was highly knowledgeable and great at taking the time with us!

  Rob, the technician who came to work on the job, was exemplary (10 out of 10). He was prompt, polite, and took care of the problem in less than 15 minutes. The only reason I rate the company a 4 out of 5 is because the 15-minute job cost $300; as they charge a flat fee for a clogged sink regardless of complexity.

  Brian was awesome! He was very friendly and professional. We were having trouble locating the septic cleanout but he stuck with it instead of having us reschedule with another technician until he was finally able to get the line cleaned out. Thanks Brian! We really appreciate all your help!
