  Fantastic work from Tito G.! He took the time to assess the issue thoroughly and listened to every detail I gave him regarding this issue to fix our problem in 5 minutes! We had another plumber come and not be able to fix our problem, but Tito came in and made light work. He has a professional attitude with a friendly demeanor. We are new home owners, recognizing this he took even more time to advise us on long term care of our entire plumbing system. Couldn't have asked for a better service, thanks again Tito!

  Tito came on a Sunday morning. He was super nice and helpful. Very positive attitude we appreciated as we had been up most of the night with the wet-vac. Quickly fixed the problem and left things spotless. Thank you also Roto-Rooter for their quick response.

  I had another plumber scheduled to come unclog my drain but he jacked me around three times in one day kept changing the times meanwhile I just moved into the house and I can't take a shower I called James thinking I would have to make an appointment but he was there in 3 hours got the train unclogged fantastic guy on time fair price clean good job all around 5 stars
