- MCMiguel ColonAug 11, 20261.0OMG!!! I cannot express the way my purchase went. They broke the order down into 6 or 7 orders making it hard to follow. Errors in materials ordered led to 2 months until completion. They came to install but couldn't finish due to wrong materials leaving a hazardous floor with sharp edges. Manager personally came out to make safe using mixed match materials. When correct materials arrived, installers disappeared for 2 hours as they didn't arrive with tools needed to finish install. The icing on the cake is the final bill came in almost 2,000 more then quote. Still waiting to hear back if they will make it right???
