  We contacted Groundworks for an estimate to waterproof a portion of our finished basement. Due to the age of our house and the basement's unusual layout, we have not been able to figure out where the water is coming from. Bryce came and spent over an hour doing a thorough inspection both inside and outside, and was able to pinpoint the location where the water is coming from. While we have not yet decided whether we will have the proposed work done, I really appreciated the time and care Bryce took to help us understand what was going on.

  Bad experience. Don’t let them sell you services you don’t need. They almost got $50k out of me for work I didn’t need. They try and take complete advantage of first time homeowners.

  We had an excellent experience working with Shannon Suber, Field Inspector with Groundworks. From start to finish, Shannon was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. He took the time to carefully inspect everything, explain his findings in a way that was easy to understand, and answer all of our questions without ever making us feel rushed. His report was extremely detailed and gave us a clear understanding of what he observed and what our options were. We especially appreciated how transparent and informative he was throughout the entire process. Shannon was also very accommodating and flexible when it came to scheduling, which made the experience that much easier for us. It’s clear that he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about providing customers with the information they need to make informed decisions. We would highly recommend Shannon to anyone working with Groundworks. His professionalism, expertise, attention to detail, and outstanding customer service truly set him apart.   Very satisfied with Groundworks! Special thanks to Foreman Miguel and crew members Daniel and Juan for their professionalism, hard work, and excellent communication throughout our foundation settlement repair project. They were respectful, answered all of our questions, and did their best to keep the work area clean and organized after the job was completed. Andrew, our Field Inspector, was also wonderful to work with. Communication with the office case manager was sometimes difficult, and responses could be slow, so we often reached out to Andrew for assistance. He was always very responsive and went above and beyond to help answer our questions, coordinate with the office, and keep everything moving smoothly. We truly appreciate Miguel, Daniel, Juan, and especially Andrew for their dedication and excellent service. We are very satisfied with the work.

  Andrew Young came to my mom’s house, and appraised the water problem in her basement and came up with several options for mitigation. He was professional and gave us a well developed presentation.
