  I had mirage hard wood floors installed 2 years ago on Staten Island and also Shaw carpet. The project manager Steve was great . But unfortunately the hard wood floors have been a nightmare were you can’t even walk 2 feet without them making popping noise . Now we will probably have to replace very nice expensive mirage flooring. The noise is bad in the winter and summer . I would recommend carpets and more for carpet but not hardwood flooring.

  Another wonderful experience with Billy and Carpets & More. Billy listened to what we wanted and didn’t try to oversell us. He came to do the measurements and we had the quote within hours. Marco and his partner were amazing during the install. They came exactly when they said they would, worked straight through installing carpets in two rooms, our stairs and upstairs hall. They left our home immaculate. We highly recommend using Carpets & More for your flooring needs.

  Great experience with Carpet and More! They installed carpet in my bedroom and walk-in closet and did an excellent job. The team was professional, on time, and the quality of the work was outstanding. Everything looks and feels amazing. I highly recommend them!

  Carpets&More is really exceptional!!! I went to several other stores before deciding to work with them. I worked with Mark to purchase (LVT) flooring and his knowledge of the product and installation technique was far beyond any other store. He was incredibly conscientious and made multiple trips to my house to make sure everything was perfect. Sia and his crew installed the flooring (800 sq ft.) and was masterful, taking his time to make sure every cut was perfect. I had a leveling issue with my floor and Mark came out and worked with the crew to make sure every area was fixed. The crew showed up on time, was very respectful and worked long hours and left my house clean and ready for the next day. The finished product is stunning and exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this store and now I'll be going back to get carpet for my basement after such a great experience. Bravo to the whole flooring team!!!
