  Five stars all around. Local business, excellent customer service, phenomenal installation! Walked in, Michael was pleasant and listened to my wants. Immediately gave me 2 options that were exactly what I was looking for. Measure visit was cordial, on time, no nonsense. Install team arrived on the dot. Worked for 4 hours and left the home spotless. Offered me a roll of the excess for future repairs. Literally couldn’t ask for better. And not to mention their price was literally thousands less than the other big retailers in the area.

  Another wonderful experience with Billy and Carpets & More. Billy listened to what we wanted and didn’t try to oversell us. He came to do the measurements and we had the quote within hours. Marco and his partner were amazing during the install. They came exactly when they said they would, worked straight through installing carpets in two rooms, our stairs and upstairs hall. They left our home immaculate. We highly recommend using Carpets & More for your flooring needs.

  This carpet store is great. We originally went there to get a price for a carpet we loved at another store. Mike Pritykin was very informative and steered us away from that one saying because of the sheen it always looked soiled. We totally understood where he was coming from. We told him where it was going and that we had 2 cats and he showed us pet friendly carpets. As I was looking around the store, I spotted one I really liked and he showed me a comparable one, that had a better warranty and they price was better because it was one they purchased in bulk & they could stand behind it and many customers purchase the same one. He allowed us to bring home samples so we could see which went better in the 2 bedrooms and foyer. We set up for him to measure saturday at 9AM and he was here on time. The price he provided was acceptable. He said install might be in about 2 weeks, which was not a problem. Low and behold he called in 2 days and the carpet was installed 2 days later. His 2 installers were fantastic, punctual, they did a great job, and cleaned up after and hauled away the old carpet and tackless. From start to finish this job was great. I would highly recommend Carpets N More at the East Brunswick location for quality service.

  Manager Mark Polefka and his installation team did a great job replacing my basement floor. Friendly, excellent follow-through to complete the job.

  Alan was an excellent salesman, my wife and I told him what kind of carpet we were looking for and he showed us what he thought would be best for us, my wife eventually grabbed a sample of one that was almost double the price of what he was showing us and told us straight out that we would not be as happy with that and it doesn't hold up as well as the less expensive ones he was showing us. He could have let us spend a lot more money which I'm sure would have earned him more, but he was more worried about us getting carpet that we like and would be comfortable and last. He was very right though, we absolutely love the carpet he helped us pick out along with the pad, it is incredibly soft and comfortable and great for us and our children to run around and lay down on. They also don't charge extra to rip up and throw away old carpeting or for the pad - the price you see displayed per sq ft when you are looking at samples is the price you will pay for everything included, which was a very refreshing change from most other carpet stores I went to. However, during the installation, the crew scuffed up our walls and floor base-moulding. I couldn't believe it when I saw it, it was quite a lot of damage. I returned to the store with pictures and showed the sales manager Mark. He was appalled by what he saw and said that should never happen, it is just a result of one of their 19 installation crews being lazy, and assured me they would take care of it. Within 2 days he had spoken with both the owner and the installation manager and said they would pay for the repairs. Since I had already had a contractor at the house doing other work I just had him fix all the damage. I sent Mark the invoice and he refunded the total amount to me. They dealt with something that could have been awful in a very positive way and I'm not afraid to buy from them again or recommend them to anyone. Mistakes are bound to happen from time to time, the true measure of any company is how they are dealt with, and this could not have been handled better.
