  In 2021 1st Goal replaced an AC unit for me and I was very satisfied with their service. Kerri was the person I dealt with. (I'm wondering if she is still there.) I recently called to request a quote to replace another AC unit. Quincy took down all the information and said someone would contact me to set up an appointment for a quote. Never heard back. I notice there are not many recent reviews. Hmm, maybe it has something to do with how they conduct their business. Every Customer deserves the courtesy of a return phone call - even if it is to say they dont want my business!

  absolutely dishonest company but it was the only option through our home warranty company. complete lack of transparency about pricing until they give you the bill which you should ask be ITEMIZED by labor and materials. that's when you discover they will completely overcharge you single part marking some things up by 500%. for example, identical plastic cap on Amazon is $25 and they charged me $125. I estimate I was overcharged $3000. after numerous complaints they agreed to give me several hundred dollars back. do not go with these crooks, you've been warned. comments about quincey are a complete lie. he may be personable but, he's the crook mastermind work is shoddy too, first installation they caused a leak in the line and two separate people had to come back twice in order to diagnose it properly

  Dal is an AMAZING problem solver. He is an extremely knowledgeable, no-nonsense technician and I feel better knowing I have someone I can trust to call with any of my heating and cooling issues. THANK YOU DAL!

  Definitely not calling again. After first call (on Thursday) fixed ac temporary and should come back next day to fixed it completely . He said its 250$ for today so I wrote the check and later when he left I checked receipt and it says 150$.. also said he is going to order a part we need and schedule another appt for to come replace it. Nobody came or called next day so I called And because they needed to order a part, they scheduled the appt for Tuesday. Technician didn’t show up for scheduled appt. same day I left voicemail nobody called me back have to call again multiple times and schedule appt. finally arrived . It took like 10 minutes to fixed it and charged another 130$!! After a week with ac going 24/7. Can’t wait for electricity bill !!! So disappointed

  Excellent service!! Great prices!! My whole Heating and cooling system including my water heater because they were all connected to one unit, so I was really in need of somebody who could be fair with their pricing…. Quincy and his team are professional and fast as well as accurate in their work!! Thank you Quincy and First Goal Heating and Cooling!!
