- JJJackMay 1, 20261.0absolutely dishonest company but it was the only option through our home warranty company. complete lack of transparency about pricing until they give you the bill which you should ask be ITEMIZED by labor and materials. that's when you discover they will completely overcharge you single part marking some things up by 500%. for example, identical plastic cap on Amazon is $25 and they charged me $125. I estimate I was overcharged $3000. after numerous complaints they agreed to give me several hundred dollars back. do not go with these crooks, you've been warned. comments about quincey are a complete lie. he may be personable but, he's the crook mastermind work is shoddy too, first installation they caused a leak in the line and two separate people had to come back twice in order to diagnose it properly
