  Jaden was very efficient and respectful Of my home. He wore shoe coverings and put them on and off every time he entered or exited my home.

  I had a great experience with John’s AC & Heating! Christian came out today to perform a heater check-up, and he was professional, pleasant, and efficient. He explained everything he was checking and doing throughout the appointment and took the time to go over the results with me. Everything looked good, which was great to hear, and I really appreciated how thorough and informative he was. I also want to give a special shout-out to Desiree, the office coordinator who arranged my appointment. She was extremely attentive and communicative and made sure I knew exactly when Christian would be arriving at my home. This was my first time using John’s AC & Heating, and based on this experience, I will definitely be using them again. Great customer service from start to finish!

  Christian Ramirez came to my home today to perform a maintenance check on my gas fired heater. He performed the inspection and tested the heater unit to ensure it operated properly. He was very professional in his work and also a very friendly man. I was very pleased with the way he performed his work and informed me of his findings with the heating unit.
