  Kevin and Home Genius Crew did an outstanding job replacing my roof and siding. From the initial consultation to the final walkthrough, the entire team was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. They kept me informed throughout the process, showed up on time, and completed the work with great attention to detail. The quality of the craftsmanship is excellent, and my home looks amazing. They also made sure everything was cleaned up thoroughly when the job was finished. I really appreciated how smooth and stress-free they made the entire project.   I had a very unpleasant experience with this company. I canceled my appointment in advance, but the sales representative (Geo) still showed up at my home. Even after I explained that the appointment had been canceled, he was very pushy and kept insisting on accessing the area and taking pictures. When I repeatedly asked him to leave, instead of respecting my request, he continued talking about the company's products and business. I finally told him that I had to leave to pick up a family member, but he then started asking where I was going and whom I was picking up. I found those questions to be completely inappropriate and invasive. Even after that, he continued trying to schedule another appointment, suggesting he could come back the following week if I was busy. This behavior was unprofessional, disrespectful, and unacceptable. I have never had such an experience with any other company. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company. If this is how they train or allow their representatives to interact with potential customers, I would advise others to stay away.

  Sub par customer service especially after the roof installation about a problem that needs to be addressed and informed that the support team is too busy to handle my call and waited a couple hours for their call back. Missed their return call after waiting a couple hours after I was told someone would respond within 30 min. So I tried to call back again only to leave another message and never received a response after that second call was made to them.

  Sales pitch got us ,great materials and what to expect from my siding replacement. But the day of the siding installation and removal of old. There was no project manager to be seen or heard. What was said 3 weeks prior to contracts and sales man about removal of pictures or wall design was not reinstated about what to expect. Hammers banging outside the house walls which caused damage inside the house, broken, destroyed vases and c pictures. There was so much said at sakes pitch but not again on installation day. No project manger no words no contacts. Non English speaking guys working around the house dropping materials, wood, siding on my plants and itemized the house broken. These guys were great workers don't get me wrong, they worked under extreme heat and strong winds. But it would have been nice to see a project manger on site before and during the work day.
