My siding project after 6 weeks remains incomplete despite promise to complete within 4 days. The Project manager was not responsive nor managed the project sufficiently. The onsite supervisor showed up the first day and never showed up again on the site to supervise crew which left the site with incomplete work and a large amount of construction material in my driveway for nearly a week. Some of the delays were due to Home Genius ordering wrong size or color attic vents and shutters. Despite numerous texts and calls trying to get a completion status from Home Genius and promises to escalate my issues to regional managers to resolve I have received no contact from the PM or Regional Manager. I have had several neighbors ask about my experience with Home Genius I could not recommend Home Genius to my neighbors or others. So if a Home Genius salesperson contacts you my advise is buyer beware

They also were very polite and respectful. My Project , Edgar, was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. He kept in communication with me throughout the job and regularly checked on the workers as the job progressed. I highly recommend Home Genius. If you want a job done within a reasonable time and you want it done right, Home Genius is the company to call.
