John took the time to truly listen to what I wanted and never rushed me. He even encouraged me to walk barefoot on the flooring sample because he knew comfort was just as important to me as appearance. Since I love to dance, that personal touch meant so much. He also let me take the sample home, giving me the confidence to make the right decision. Even after visiting several other flooring stores, nothing compared. John was professional, organized, honest, and accommodating throughout the entire project. The installation team was equally impressive, and the quality of both the product and workmanship exceeded my expectations. I absolutely love my new floors—they are breathtaking!
