  I rarely am motivated to write a review ~ but I felt compelled to write one because of the long history and continued great service we have received from Davis Heating & Air. In particular I want to give a SHOUT OUT to Ian, Jason and Anthony ~ courteous, professional, knowledgeable and clean ~ all rolled into wonderful personalities that anyone would welcome in to their homes! We started with John, one of the owners, many years ago ~ John always provided excellent service for our heating/AC units ~ but what is exceptional, is that as the company has grown over the years we have continued to receive the excellent service that the owner himself always gave us. From those early days of routine service, to help keeping our systems running, to the installation of a new heater/AC unit, to the most recent duct cleaning and sanitizing service and installation of a UV light and electronic filter system and cleaning of our dryer duct ~ we have always received nothing but exceptional service ~ and good solid fair and competitive pricing, and sometimes amazing pricing no one else could touch! And they also back up everything they do 100%. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND DAVID HEATING AND AIR TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR ANY HVAC SYSTEM OR SERVICE! THANK YOU TO THE DAVIS TEAM! Mark and Laura Schwartzkopf

  Dan Randolf was a miracle worker with our heating system that hasn’t been right for years. He was able to get it working at peak performance when our previous vendor was stumped. He’s extremely thorough and a pleasure to work with. Old-school work ethic!

  Working with Kyle from Davis Heating & Air is always a great experience . He’s a true professional—very respectful, punctual, and does great, efficient work. What I appreciated most was how he takes the time to explain exactly what’s going on so you feel informed and understand the situation. He’s very knowledgeable and focused on giving you the best option for your specific needs. Kyle always does a great job. Greatly appreciate Kyle and Davis Heating & Air.

  Kyle is the consummate professional! He serviced our heater last year and we requested him to do AC maintenance this month. Both heater and AC needed repair and Kyle did a great job during all 3 visits. Kyle is very talented, courteous, diligent, respectful and kind. We've been with Davis for about 3 years and have been pleased with their service. Highly recommend, especially Kyle.

  I honestly cannot say enough good things about Davis Heating & Air. Every single person we interacted with was genuinely kind, positive, and reassuring from start to finish. Troy made scheduling easy and stress-free, Justin came out and put together a thorough estimate in just one afternoon (and somehow even got us a free duct cleaning included), and then Kenny and Rodney handled the full installation in less than a day. Kenny and Rodney were not only incredibly efficient, but just wonderful humans to have in our home. They were upbeat the entire time, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable with the new system. They even took photos and documented all the specs for future reference, which is such a small detail but shows real care and forethought. Also worth noting, Kenny is allergic to cats and still spent the entire day working in our very cat-filled house during peak allergy season without a single complaint… which honestly deserves its own shoutout. I had my kids home during the install, and both Kenny and Rodney made the whole experience feel safe, calm, and easy. That meant a lot. Then Danny and Manny came out for the duct cleaning and were just as kind and respectful, navigating around what can only be described as a toy explosion and an entire LEGO room full of fragile builds without issue or meltdown lol. For context--our previous HVAC system was about 27 years old and had been slowly failing for years. It finally gave out in November, and we managed through the winter with space heaters and a gas fireplace, but we knew we needed a real solution before warm weather hit. We had a few estimates done, and Justin stood out immediately not just because he was incredibly knowledgeable, but because he was genuinely kind and understanding of our situation. We have young kids and were working within a tight budget, and they really worked with us to make this doable. Now we have a beautiful new system, a fancy thermostat, and clean air ducts, and I feel so much better heading into the warmer months. They also offer a strong warranty program, and their pricing and services felt very fair for the area, if not better than what we were seeing elsewhere. I would recommend Davis Heating & Air to any of my friends or family without hesitation.
