  My technician Tim Gordon was awesome from start to finish. Tim was punctual, knowledgeable, and honest, all of which made this a positive experience for my first time maintenance after Cardwell installed my new AC and Furnace 10 months ago. I will continue to recommend this company to anyone looking for HVAC and plumbing services.

  Our AC was not working today I called Cardwell HVCC and they sent two very knowledgeable technicians Nick and Melanie out within a couple of hours. They diagnosed the problem and made the necessary repairs. They were efficient and very courteous. I would highly recommend this company to my family and friends.

  I highly recommend Cardwell HVAC and Plumbing. Max and Simon did a great job installing a new gas line for our gas stove. They also installed an ice and water line for our refrigerator. Scheduling a consultation was easy and installation was completed the next day! We were very pleased with their service.

  We spent $15,000 with Cardwell in August 2022 for a brand-new Rheem HVAC system. We also pay for their monthly membership. Less than a year later in July 2023, the AC failed completely due to torn wiring left behind from the manufacturing/installation. Fast forward to February 2026, and we paid another $1,100 out of pocket for a UV light to address a supply duct odor that never existed prior to their installation. Now, in July 2026, our system hit a High Pressure fault and we were handed a $1,700 estimate. The technician's written report explicitly notes that the control board was tested multiple times and 'power was being delivered to the motor from the control board' every single time. Yet, they bundled in a charge to replace this WORKING control board simply because it 'looked dirty' using my parts warranty as an excuse to inflate the job. The report also confirmed the motor's 'bearings do have more play than they should.’ Instead of performing a simple warranty swap, they tried to profit off my warranty with an inflated $900+ labor charge plus $600 in unnecessary extras. When I questioned this, the operations manager blamed 'skipped maintenance' despite them being at my house servicing torn install wires in 2023 and told me, 'They just don't make things like they used to.' Funny how that line was never mentioned during the owner's sales pitch when selling us a $15,000 system. Using a customer's active warranty as a profit center and trying to charge for working parts on a problem-plagued system is completely unacceptable. I am now getting an independent diagnostic from another company.
