  As always, Joe Z was extremely helpful, friendly, & knowledgeable. Unfortunately my HVAC unit needs to be replaced, but Joe delivered the news with empathy & thoroughly explained what my next steps are. This is the 2nd time in just a few weeks that I’ve left a review for Joe & Bovio Rubino, but the service is so excellent that they deserve 2 reviews.

  Always great communication! The price I'm listing is what I pay total from monthly payments added all year. 13 yrs and NO MAJOR ISSUES!. I attribute that to the proper care given by every part of this company's staff- from receptionists to technicians. No difference with Ricardo today. My questions are always answered in an understandable way and I never feel as if am being a bother. No other company of ANY kind has shown this kind of value for me as a client.

  Our annual maintenance check completed last month couldn’t protect us from a more recent power surge from the street! Parts of our hvac were fried. As our unit is still under warranty, the fried piece was quickly replaced and we have a/c once again. One thing you do not want to be without is a/c in the summer! Everything was clearly explained to us and we are delighted with how the work was done.

  My basement flooded water from my HVAC system. I called BOVIO RUBINO to assess the issue. Joe Zarrilli, the HVAC technician, arrived early and quickly discovered the AC condensation pump’s PVC pipe was clogged with broken down humidifier element and cleared the line. Joe was friendly, courteous, very neat and professional. This was my first experience with BOVIO RUBINO and it impressed me to point that I will now use them in the future for my HVAC services. 5 stars!

  Outstanding as usual. The young man was on time, very professional yet friendly and personable. He was extremely detailed and explained everything that was completed from beginning to end. He was able to explain the ranges of where all of his measurements were, and what it means for my system. He explained what the next steps would be if outside those measured ranges. I learned more about the status of my system, which was fantastic, and that put even more at ease. Again our experience with Bovio was exceptional.
