  Although the technician got my system up and running, within minutes, he was rather short tempered and frustrated with any questions I asked. He did try to justify his behavior at the end and perhaps bad weather contributed to his attitude. It was not the experience I’ve come to expect from Bovio Rubino.which is over all confidence and satisfaction in the service and pricing.

  Ricardo was excellent at diagnosing the problem with our air conditioning. He was prompt, asked the right questions, diagnosed and fixed the problem, and made recommendations for our system going forward. He was very knowledgeable, patient and professional.

  Highly recommended Buvino Rubino. During this heat wave, a part on our AC system died. From my initial call to their emergency dispatch at 8:30PM to a working AC unit was less than 4 hrs. The price was easily half of what the other big name HVAC company in the area charges. They've earned a repeat customer.

  Today we had a service call with Shayna, and she was outstanding. She took the time to thoroughly explain our thermostat settings and showed us how to optimize them for the best comfort and efficiency. She was knowledgeable, patient, and made sure all of our questions were answered. We really appreciated her professionalism and excellent customer service. Thank you, Shayna!

  Anthony is by far the best service technician at Rubino. He is professional ,thorough, skilled , respectful of my home, & always gets the job done with his diligent work ethic. He will tell you what the problem was , how he fixed it and provides recommendations if needed. He really is an invaluable asset to their company
