Very personable, Parts on the truck and was very clear with pricing and options

Andy was personable and thorough and really cared about the issue we were having with our system. He took the time needed and contacted others to get the assistance he needed to troubleshoot the issue and make the necessary corrections to our system. This is the second time he has performed our annual service and is an asset to Bovio Rubino.
I purchased a brand new expensive air/heat conditioner almost 6 months ago knowing it was winter. This system has been serviced 3 times after installation. My last tech seemed knowledgeable but I thought the other 3 were as well. My appt was 10-2 and my time is important to me, well it should’ve been 2-6 as he arrived after 2 and I could’ve run errands in those 4 hours how about a courtesy call. I would not recommend this company to anyone unless you love a brand new heater that needs multiple repairs and late techs
Luis always does an awesome job and handly fixed my heat issue today. He quickly assessed the situation and efficiently took care of it. Luis is both professional and personable so I'm always happy to see when it's Luis sent to take care of my unit. Thanks Luis!

Damien and Cliff are really very good at what they do. Happy to educate, super patient, strong follow up, etc. Bovio generally does good work. Unfortunately their processes and flow of communication really puts the onus on the customer to understand what's being recommended and why. If their people weren't so good, it would be a total pain. I'll give them 5 stars because what company hasn't invested in automation that sucks at this point but . . . customer service matters and not only does the process make it harder for their people to provide, but I bet it loses them revenue when people get frustrated with it.
