  Great tile selection. I'll give them that and that's about it. I was referred by my contractor to Chris as a salesperson. Fail. He was rude, not interested and unavailable. He ordered the wrong tile for the job and had the audacity to be annoyed with us. IF I go back, which I highly doubt, I'd go to Jackie. She was very helpful, friendly and helped Chris as he wasn't there, knowing she wouldn't get any commission from our order. Don't plan on ever referring anyone to Avalon.

  I recently worked with Cindy Leone at Avalon Flooring in Cherry Hill for a bathroom remodel (wall and floor tile, plus a vanity), and I can't recommend her highly enough. Cindy was warm and welcoming from the moment we met. She took the time to walk me through the showroom vignettes, understand my vision, and share catalogs with helpful recommendations on product features. She never rushed me through the tile selection process and worked patiently to align my ideas with Avalon's product offerings. What really stood out was her attention to detail — she made sure I purchased everything needed for the remodel, including the tile-specific adhesives, trim, and mortar. She also reviewed the products needed to keep the shower waterproof and compatible with the tile and even pointed me to another vendor for the shower glass, which turned out to be phenomenal. I visited the store more times than I could count before finalizing my order, and Cindy never once made me feel like a burden. She quickly adjusted my pending order whenever I changed my mind, and despite being a department manager, she gave me her full attention and made me feel like a truly valued customer. She also welcomed my own ideas for fixtures, and her vision helped expand mine — I ended up with a design I'm thrilled with, even though it wasn't the least expensive option. By the end of the project, Cindy even took time to walk me through flooring options for my kitchen and gave me "homework" to help with future renovation decisions. Cindy's professionalism and outstanding personality made the entire experience a pleasure. I highly recommend both Avalon Flooring and Cindy Leone!

  Jackie! saved the project timeline — she was able to nail a tile color match using only a lousy iPhone photo I emailed her. AND, incredibly, was able to get that tile to the store for me same day. We are grateful for the help! Thank you!

  Their installer destroyed my closet doors and Avalon didn't respond to my request to remedy the situation. I won't be returning for the carpet we had previously agreed to.
