I've been waiting 3 weeks to be called back after my original call. Yesterday, I called again. Was apologized to. Told the manager would call me right back. Still waiting.

This review is specific to Luis. Luis took over a cabinet installation job mid-project after we ran into some issues. He was prompt, a good communicator, and effectively addressed all our concerns. I highly recommend him.

Prince, the handyman, was very personable and seemed to be knowledgeable. Louis who did the work was very handy and helpful.

We wanted a handrail installed for our stairs. The handyman came out and took measurements. He was courteous and thorough. We were charged a $90 (or so) fee with taxes for the visit/estimate. It’s been several days and we still have not received a quote for the work. I called the number provided 2 days after the visit and someone took my information down. We had high hopes, but we may have just spent $90 for someone to spend 10 minutes measuring our stairs.
