Brian was very professional, and through with his work. He installed a new water heater, spillover tank and water leak alarm product to warn of future leaks. He installed protective flooring and cleaned up after his work. Very efficient.

Diego H helped me get an EV charger installed and Delroy installed a water softener and RO system for me. Everything came out perfectly. Both installs were professionally done, they worked efficiently, and both of them were more than happy to walk me through where they were in the process. I'll definitely be reaching out to Pipeworks again in the future.

It was a pleasure to have Brian come to my home and provide myself with an estimate on having a bronze oiled hammered sink installed in my kitchen. Brian was very thorough and precise on on measurements, under and overmount specifications, and faucet designs. He also provided me with estimates so I can decide which options suit my needs at this time. I feel very confident with moving on with this project with "Pipe Works"Services. Ask for Brian to help you with assistance.

We recently had a brand new HVAC system installed in our home, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. From the initial consultation to the final installation, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. The team was punctual, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain our options clearly without any pressure. Installation day went smoothly—they worked diligently, kept everything clean, and made sure the system was up and running perfectly before leaving. They also walked us through how to use and maintain the new system, which we really appreciated. The difference in comfort is incredible already, and it’s clear the work was done with care and attention to detail. If you’re looking for a reliable and skilled HVAC company, I would highly recommend them. Excellent service all around!

I personally cannot recommend this company. (updated 5/13/26 ) I try to support local businesses, so I called Pipeworks / Sewer Surgeons (same company) in Chatham, NJ to clear a basement bathroom drain. The technician quoted $750 and proceeded to snake the line from the garage cleanout and a pipe junction inside the garage. He did not snake directly from the bathroom drain where the issue was occurring. Afterward, he asked me to flush the toilet once and said the line was clear. There was no clear explanation that the work would only be warrantied if I agreed to additional jetting service.(jet spray power washing). I paid $598.08 (with a coupon), thanked him, and even tipped him. This was April 24, 2026. Less than 24 hours later, the drain was backing up again. When I called, they sent another technician but told me I would have to pay again. I explained that the original issue had not been resolved, but they refused to stand behind the work and said it was not under warranty. I then hired another licensed plumber, who accessed the line from the basement toilet flange and found multiple clogs that had not been fully cleared. The issue was resolved at that time. (See Photo below ) For a nearly $600 service, I expected the issue to be resolved or at least addressed without additional charges. **Update -May13 : I disagree with the company’s public response. I did not request a “temporary solution,” nor was I told the issue was expected to immediately recur. My understanding was that the clog would be cleared through the service being performed. The second licensed plumber who ultimately resolved the issue documented that the blockage originated from the basement toilet line inside the house. In my experience, the original service did not fully diagnose or clear the blockage, as the drain backed up again within 24 hours, despite my showing the technician the basement toilet and explaining that it was clogged. I also want to note that after further discussion, management offered a full refund in exchange for removing my review and signing a release agreement. I chose not to sign that agreement because I believe consumers should be able to share honest experiences and updated outcomes publicly. I appreciate that management was willing to discuss resolution, but I also believe it is important that the full experience be accurately reflected. ** Last and final update: I stand by my review and my experience. At no point did I request a “temporary solution,” nor was it my understanding that the drain issue was expected to recur within 24 hours. The second licensed plumber who resolved the issue advised that the blockage needed to be addressed from inside the home at the basement toilet line, where multiple clogs were found and cleared. I appreciate that management later offered a full refund in an effort to resolve the dispute. I also offered to update my review to reflect management’s willingness to resolve the matter and to revise my rating accordingly. However, the refund was conditioned on removal of my review and signing a release agreement, which I declined. My intention has only been to share my honest experience so that consumers can make informed decisions. As with any contractor or service company, I encourage consumers to review feedback across multiple platforms before making a decision.
