  John and Novalis did a fantastic job. On time, respectful, quality work and they cleaned up everything spotless! Such a positive experience. We have another project and we will be reaching out to Novalis again soon.

  Jim did a great job as project manager and Devin was excellent to work with. Novalis installed heat tape on our roof and our gutters to prevent ice dams. Novalis came out, took detailed pictures, they were very communicative and patient. We would definitely work with Novalis again.

  We had an excellent experience with Novalis from start to finish. They were incredibly personable, professional, and Alex took the time to thoroughly diagnose the issues with our existing gutter system instead of rushing to a quick fix.He then carefully explained it all in detail and photos. Hernan and his crew who executed the work were outstanding. They were meticulous, explained everything clearly, and paid close attention to every detail. It was obvious they take pride in their work. Good work takes time, and they never rushed the job just to finish quickly. Our new gutter system looks absolutely beautiful, and we’re confident it was installed the right way. If you’re looking for a company that values quality craftsmanship and exceptional customer service, I highly recommend Novalis!

  Needed a small job done. A gutter extension and about 15 feet of gutters and a downspout off my terrace. I called to request a quote and Fredo can’t the same day. He took photos and within a day he sent a report on the job with a quote which was a bit more expensive than another company but the other company did not come to the house. They took info from me and gave me a number. I accepted the quote and we got the job scheduled. Hernan and Victor came to my house and scoped the job. They knew exactly what to do. They proceeded with the job and also cleaned up very well after the job was done. It looks great. I’ll need some gutter cleaning done and maybe some new screens at some point. I will call Novalis for sure.

  There was a big storm on a recent Saturday night and my older gutter across the entire back of the house departed from the facia and hung precariously above our cars parked in the driveway. We moved the cars in time but still the separated gutter was very dangerous! Jonathon Novalis personally responded to my emergency email and sent a tech to repair the gutter on a Sunday afternoon! We can’t thank Novalis enough for the service above and beyond what most companies would ever do. They are my gutter guys for good! Highly recommend.
