  Before contacting Novalis, I received quotes from 2 other roofing companies. Both companies tried to upsell me and did not listen to my questions. Their scope and cost was 3x what Novalis quoted me at. Novalis was the only company that was transparent, told me what I did and didn’t need, and took the time to explain their process / answer my questions. I could tell they were offering me the best solution for my needs, not the solution that lined their pockets. Communication through the process was consistent and clear. I ended up getting a powered vent installed in my attic. I would work with Novalis again and recommend them to a friend every time. Thank you!

  At my new Toll Brothers built Enclave townhouse in Chatham, I had a significant roof leak in early February. Of course I called the best local roofing company. Alex Pribula went above and beyond to identify the sources of leaks from 2 separate areas. He created a photo gallery from the attic and from outside. His repair proposal was detailed and added necessary improvements to prevent future leaks. He and Jonathan Novalis also identified a design defect. The HOA engineers and contractors were provided all the work product from Novalis. At the end, I unfortunately was not allowed to hire Novalis and the HOA contractors did the repair. I hope that they paid attention to info they were provided.
