  HELP! My water heater is leaking!!!! I called late last night to One Call and was out on with a digital assistant named Sarah. Obviously, it was late so I fully expected to simply leave a voicemail but the ai program actually asked me everything it needed to know to at the very least put me into their system. In the morning, before I could call in myself I was promptly reached out to my a team member who was extremely helpful and let me know that they could have my new water heater installed in the same day. Could you believe it!? My lucky day! The team gave me a call before arriving and got to work immediately. They put down runners in their work area and on my entrance stairs to protect my nice new wood floors. Any time they stepped away to use the bathroom after politely asking, then put on shoe covers as well! They did a really great job and assured me that they had me covered. One Call was all it took to have my water back on. If you want messy workers who don’t care about their craft or your home, call someone else because these guys were top-notch and my experience was deserving of this well earned five star review!!! Be smart, use One Call!

  Tom M and Amber were incredibly thorough in their evaluation and offered easy to understand explanations. The whole team was incredible, they were able to work with us in a quick manner and made sure we got the help we needed. Can’t recommend enough!

  Idrees came out as scheduled this am - he was exceedingly polite and got to the heart of the heating issue I had right away. HE explained very clearly what was wrong, gave me some helpful options and got right to work to track down the part, secure the needed part and came back and addressed my issue perfectly and just wrapped up the work. I would definitely recommend Idrees and One Call Electrical.

  Extremely disappointed on how I am being treated especially as a customer who supported the business last month with a job that cost $2600 Last month, I inquired about a generator estimate, which ended without an estimate and a diagnostic quote of $747 I then spoke with Michelle (who was very transparent and helpful). And continued to support the business even though this was not in my budget. Amber came to house to install a surge protector and replaces 4 breakers ( she is very knowledgeable and friendly.) which I paid $2600 for. She also performed the estimate for the generator and showed me via tablet. When asked for the quote to be emailed -she replied the prices go up every 3 month so emailing isn’t an option. She also mentioned I needed 3 additional breakers in my electrical panel replaced. Again, nothing emailed to me so I have no idea what this costs. Due to the uncertainly of costs and my own financial situation, I decided to cancel my appointment on Friday November 6th as I am going a different route with my generator installation. When called to cancel, I was told someone had to call me back. I am assuming, my attempt to cancel has been denied?!? This is unacceptable and unprofessional. I supported the business and the lack of respect returned is very discouraging . If the owner is reading this, Please call back to confirm my cancellation of the November 6th visit Thank you

  I highly recommend One Call Electrical, Heating, Cooling. I called the company about ongoing issues with my HVAC system, and a technician was sent out the very next day to diagnose the problem. After analyzing the situation, they had a crew out later that same day to make the necessary repairs. What really impressed me was how they went above and beyond to address issues that other contractors had either avoided or were unwilling to take on. Their technical knowledge, promptness, and professionalism really stood out. They may be a little more expensive than some other options, but in my experience, they are worth it for the quality of their work and the peace of mind they provide. I’m very pleased with the service and would definitely recommend One Call Electrical, Heating, Cooling to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and dependable HVAC company.
