  My wife and I were interested in having a wood stove insert installed. I called Shore Fire and spoke to Wendy to schedule an appointment. Dave showed up on time to look at what would need to be done and answered all of my questions. Wendy called me and emailed the proposal for materials and labor. My wife and I then decided to proceed with Shore Fire for the installation. Wendy said that she would order the materials and when it arrived the job would be scheduled. Great service all around.

  Stopped into the showroom, met with Dave, and he showed us some options for a replacement of our old, rusty, no longer working gas fireplace. We opted for a sleek, modern look which required full removal of the existing box, etc. Dave and his crew did an excellent job installing the fireplace and finishing the wall. Throughout the process, Wendy in the office was a pleasure to work with.

  Great experience and great people! Dave and Wendy know how to run a business. I had an outdoor gas fireplace installed and the process went smoothly from beginning to end. Mike and Joe worked tirelessly in the heat and the finished product looks better than I imagined. Dave made sure he followed up with frequent visits and updates. If I needed anything, Dave got back to me right right away with answers and solutions if needed. I highly recommend this company, as they really put the customer first!
