  Used Nece's for many years and WAS pleased until the last few years. Seasonally each year they were hired to provide turn off and turn on plumbing service to my mobile home. After some oversight of the entire work in not replacing a wall, leaving spilled product in my new sinks that sat and rusted, etc., this year when I I had the turn on service done and paid for it, three weeks later, on a Saturday, I traveled 4 hours with a contractor to my mobile home to do some minor repairs for the summer and there was no water turned on/available in the bathroom, kitchen, or outside. We could not use the toilet, shower or stay overnight, having to travel back 4 hours the same day. There was no emergency service available. Two messages were left that day. I made it clear I did not want whoever they were previously sending or last sent to service my place was not to be dispatched to do anything there. Monday I got a return call mid-morning they were sending someone out in A TWO HOUR WINDOW, making my agent wait for them on site. Never even an apology or a follow-up phone call regarding the work being completed.
