This time my water heater sprung a leak on a Saturday and they came out right away again. On Monday, I had my new water heater Installed by Matthew W. Everything went smoothly, and he was professional and courteous.

He gave a full explanation of what was involved in removing the old existing water heater along with the installation process of a new unit. He provided full details on how to maintain the unit for optimal operating performance for the future. I would highly recommend Davis Plumbing.

We needed a new dishwasher installed. I called and asked on several occasions for a price for new installation and they did not give it to me over the phone. They said the technician will give us an estimate when he shows up. The technician shows up today and quotes us $500 to install! He says that’s what the company charges and why we weren’t able to get that number from them up front is not practical. We would have looked around for other prices if we didn’t already trust this company. This was a disappointing experience despite our technician who was awesome and friendly.
