  Devin was great. He was able to get it fixed without having to remove our pedestal to the sink. It was tight corners and he managed to get it all repaired. Great job and very pleased

  Dealing with a clogged main line, I had the opportunity to meet with Ian and Dalton from Davies, and I wanted to share that if there is ever an option to request a designated associate for assistance, these two are the best. Both individuals were highly knowledgeable, but most importantly, they were dedicated to finding a solution. For most consumers, that level of commitment is exactly what we are looking for.

  Great experience for a not-so-great situation. Ian came out same day after I called about the slow leak I found in the basement. It turned out to be a couple of problem areas with the original cast iron pipes, and my conclusion was that replacing all of them was the best use of time and money. Ian gave an onsite written estimate that was reasonable and I was able to schedule the work ASAP. It was an all-day two-man project; Wayne and Dalton arrived as scheduled, kept me updated with the progress, and gave me a detailed run-down and a grand tour after the work was complete. The 12-month no-interest financing made this large expense much easier to handle. A special thanks to Victoria who took my call. Thank you, Davis Plumbing!

  Customer service was very nice and easy to deal with. Both technicians came out evaluated the situation. Gave quotes and options. Looks to be a good quality job.

  This company does not pull permits. The people who've done work and I've interacted with are great. There is a glaring flaw in their process that will leave you with a future headache. I had a water heater installed about a year ago. I am now selling my house and have been trying to get this company to pull the permit with my city for the past 2 months. It completely derailed the closing process and costing me an extra $5K in administrative costs.
