  I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel obligated to share my experience so others can make an informed decision. On April 17, we called Grok Services because our upstairs toilet was leaking around the base. We specifically told them we were concerned it could be the wax ring or toilet flange. The technician spent a significant amount of time at our home (chatting with us about his life) while i had a newborn sleeping on my lap, and we were charged $431.83. According to the invoice, the toilet would be removed, the flange inspected, and the toilet reset with a new wax seal and high-quality bolts to eliminate the leak. Unfortunately that was not the case.. We trusted that the work described on the invoice had been completed. A few months later, I noticed huge water bubbles forming in the walls and ceiling of our downstairs bathroom. The leak had continued the entire time, causing extensive water damage. We immediately called a restoration company, who advised us to have Grok Services come back out. When Grok returned, they told us the problem was the flange and wax ring—the exact issues we originally called about. They replaced them and charged us another $480. They then recommended replacing a section of drain piping to prevent future leaks. Feeling overwhelmed and wanting the issue resolved, we agreed and paid an additional $2,300. To make matters worse, we later learned the new piping had been installed incorrectly and Grok had to return again to correct their own work. None of this would have happened if the original repair had been done correctly. Instead, we’re left with two unusable bathrooms, a newborn at home, extensive water damage, and over $3,200 spent trying to fix a leak we originally hired them to repair. What has been most frustrating is the complete lack of accountability. After repeatedly pestering the receptionist and workers and asking numerous times for the owner to contact me, I finally got a hold of him. Unfortunately, the conversation only made the situation worse. He belittled me on the phone multiple times and insisted that he needed to come to our home to see the damage his previous worker had caused by failing to complete the job properly. I agreed and expected the owner to actually come see the damage firsthand. He never showed up. The fact that the OWNER insisted on seeing the damage himself and then couldn’t even be bothered to show up speaks volumes about the level of customer service and accountability we experienced. Mistakes happen. What matters is how a company responds when those mistakes cause significant damage and expense to a customer. In our experience, Grok Services failed to stand behind their work, repeatedly charged us to correct the same issue, performed additional work incorrectly, and provided extremely poor communication throughout the process. After everything we have been through, I cannot recommend Grok Services. If you are considering using them, I would strongly encourage you to get a second opinion and make sure you understand exactly what work is actually being completed before paying for anything.

  Highly recommend! Kevin and Larry came out to connect the water line/pump to our new refrigerator and did an excellent job. Very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. They made sure everything was connected properly and working perfectly before leaving. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. Really appreciate the great service and would definitely use them again!

  My experience with Grok Services was top-tier. Kristin made the process of scheduling, reviewing the estimate, and understanding the warranty options seamless and friendly. I had received two other quotes that were significantly more expensive and lacked the thoroughness of the Grok Services team— Keith J. immediately identified several items that needed to be addressed to bring my setup up to code and resolve some ongoing issues. When it came time for the installation, Keith J. and Kevin K. were punctual, efficient, and professional. They finished the job in just a few hours and left my space spotless. They even went above and beyond by diagnosing and fixing an issue with my outdoor hose bib before leaving!
