- BSBrian SalmanowitzJun 30, 20262.0Was told to go to Bridgewater showroom to pick out a shower faucet. Arrived to find that showroom doesn’t open until 9am. The parts guy suggested we return at 9 for showroom. Went back at 9 to be told by flustered receptionist that she couldn’t help with anything and the one salesperson was with an appt and the other called out sick. Receptionist couldn’t even give me part number for the shower faucet we wanted to buy. Overall, wasted a morning and will not be returning. You would think they would want to help a customer…but both sides of the business gave the impression they were not wanting to assist.

When I got there they wouldn't sell me a 2 ft piece of copper pipe. They would only sell me a $50 10 ft piece. They said go to Home Depot. Crazy, right ??? Let's send possible future business away to big box store. I'll never go there for anything again. Cut a 10 ft piece down and provide to the consumer you'll make more money on those small pieces and win a customers support.
