  My new 2019 Velux skylight was stuck for several years making the operable skylight inoperable and with 3 heat waves already in NJ I had to find a way to open it to release hot air. Too small a job for roofers; handymen dont have high ladders; was not interested in replacing skylight. Roof Plus agreed to take a look. Anthony & Kyle were able to open the stuck skylight. Not only that they measured it for me and marked its model in my owner instruction. They opened & closed several times and adjusted its manual pole to work better for me. Then they went up on the roof (2.5 stories up) to look at its exterior and all was in very good condition. I agreed to pay a modest roof inspection fee and then they did indeed inspect my roof. Only 1 deficiency was found; blocked dryer vent even though I have it cleaned. And I received a written report with photos with findings of roof inspection. They also went into attic to check gable mount fan which had been set to turn on at too high a temp so they lowered and they turned on another fan up there to vent the oppressive air. Since this temps cooled again but I will appreciate a way to release hot air via skylight when next heat wave happens. Thank you Roof Plus; you impressed me.

  Roof Plus quoted a competitive price, said they could schedule it within 2 weeks, and had a financing option of 0% for 12 months. They completed the work in a timely matter. I was away when Anthony and Kyle came to inspect the roof and give me a quote, which they did via phone call and pictures. When I returned Kyle met with me and went thru a few options and I went with Roof Plus because they were a local company, showed as scheduled for the inspection and follow meeting and then kept me informed prior to the construction date. The installation crew were efficient, cleaned the property fairly well I think they did an exceptional job. Even the dumpster company driver was very nice and told me he would try not to damage any trees or landscaping. I would recommend Roof Plus at least to get a quote. I actually have already recommended them to neighbors.

  I was referred to Roof Plus from our electric company, they were at my house providing an estimate within two days and I think I called on the weekend. Quote was fairly priced and it was one of the easiest house projects I've done. We had 2 attic fans added due to a large attic and the entire house is drastically cooler. A+ experience. Quote was fast and reasonable, scheduling and installation was a breeze.
