  I had a walk in refrigerator box go down. Jon the owner arrived found the hairline crack in my unit. Had the unit repaired in a timely manner. I will be using Sunrise for all of my hvac & refrigeration needs.

  Came over within an hour after I called regarding an issue that was serviced earlier in the week but not resolved. Provided some additional insight as well as recommendations which were very informative. John took the time to directly call my HOA property manager to discuss concerns that were found that may or may not be related to my issue. These findings were still potentially worrisome and I am glad he brought these to my attention as I would have never known. Thank you for taking your time to come out today and for all your help. I value trustworthiness and look forward to utilizing your company for my HVAC needs.

  This was my first time needing to call an HVAC company after my central A/C suddenly stopped working. I spoke with Veronica on June 29, and she initially scheduled a service appointment for the following day. About an hour later, she called back to let me know they had a cancellation and asked if I'd like to have a technician come out that same day. Just 30 minutes later, Kam and his colleague arrived, quickly diagnosed the issue, and replaced the faulty part—which they fortunately had on hand. Before I knew it, my A/C was back up and running. The timing couldn't have been better with an extreme heatwave on the way. I truly appreciate Veronica's proactive communication and the fast, professional service from Kam and his team. I can't recommend them highly enough!
