The office staff is very competent. The contractors who service the units are always professional and punctual. We highly recommend McCalister/ Princeton Air.

They were quick, efficient and professional and were experts at a specialized unit that can only fit into small knee wall spaces with difficult access. Fixed the problem in the timeframe between one renter left and another came. Seamless! We really appreciated their responsiveness beginning with their salesperson Jason.

Now that I've gone through a couple high temperature days where I turned the mini splits on, I can post a review that I am completely satisfied with the installation by Princeton Air Conditioning and the ease of usage of units. I also will add that it was a pleasure to have Mike C. and Christian J. on the job; they, along with the crews that were on site over the course of the two days, were professional, communicative and upfront. I'd recommend this company to anyone looking for services.
