  Impressed by this company. Middle of an August heat wave, booked a next-day weekend appointment seamlessly online. Called the next morning, a Sunday, just to double check as a new customer and spoke live with a helpful gentleman. The tech, Norm, showed up on time and was both friendly and informative. He diagnosed the issue, educated me on what had happened and how to prevent it going forward, and stuck around to make sure the unit was working properly once adjusted. He was a Nest pro. It’s been two weeks, and the unit has been working well ever since. You’re going to pay up for the service, but it’s worth it. An example of how good a company can operate with the right PE infusion. Again, very impressed. Thank you team!

  Absolutely horrible experience. They never pulled a permit for our AC install and they are completely unresponsive as I’m trying to resolve this with the township. Consider a company who actually does it by the book. Update 08/03/2026: Princeton Air still failed to contact me and make this right! I even dropped off a complete permit package from the township and they still have not completed this, I couldn't have made this easier for them to complete this permit. Select anyone else but them!

  We have been customers of McCalister for a long time. They are reliable and come when there is an emergency.. They call yearly to schedule a service visit. The office staff is very competent. The contractors who service the units are always professional and punctual. We highly recommend McCalister/ Princeton Air.

  Excellent experience with emergency repair of an indoor AC unit that was time sensitive as we had renters in the beach house. They were quick, efficient and professional and were experts at a specialized unit that can only fit into small knee wall spaces with difficult access. Fixed the problem in the timeframe between one renter left and another came. Seamless! We really appreciated their responsiveness beginning with their salesperson Jason.

  Quick response. Excellent work. Very patient explaining issues. Gives clear options and explains risks for solutions. And everyone, from the person who answers the phone to the person who comes out to fix the problem are super friendly.
