  I regret choosing this company for my HVAC installation. Ever since it was installed, I've had one problem after another. In the middle of the hot weather, I cannot use air conditioner which makes me crazy after spending huge amount. In addition the installation has also caused other electrical issues. It's been a constant headache to deal with all of these problems. ***added on 7/7/2026 after your reply *** You should definitely have a record of the service performed at my residence. The records may be under my husband's name. In fact, your team is at my house today working to fix one of the issues. In addtion, your team originally assessed that my entire flexible duct would be replaced and collected payment for the full amount in advance. However, on the installation day, your team claimed that the structure of my house made it impossible and ended up replacing only about two-thirds of the ductwork where we actually don't need!

  Great experience with Yuhan!! They installed our AC 4 years ago and it’s been running perfectly ever since. They also replaced our thermostat recently and we do regular maintenance with them, which keeps everything in great condition. Professional, good service, reliable, and excellent quality. Haven’t had a single issue in 4 years. Highly recommend!

  I used Yuhan last summer for a central AC repair and was very pleased with their work, which is why I scheduled an AC maintenance appointment with them again. Unfortunately, my recent experience with customer service was extremely disappointing. Due to heavy rain and the fact that my unit is outdoors, I called to ask whether the maintenance could still be performed. Instead of addressing my concerns professionally, Aeri Joo was dismissive and rude. She suggested that I cancel the appointment and stated that there were plenty of other companies I could use. As a returning customer, I found this response unprofessional and disrespectful. When I asked to speak with a supervisor, I was told no one was available and that I would have to call back the next day. While their technical work may be good, this interaction left me with the impression that customer service is no longer a priority. Potential customers should be aware of this before choosing the company.

  We had replace old HVAC system for our apartment with new energy efficient system by the Yuhan Cooling and Heating Co. The installation, replacement refrigerant pipes connecting out door unit to indoor unit and servicing, tunup system went very smoothly under professional supervision this project by Jose Tiro. Technicians teams working on the project did great job from start to final cleanup. They were knowledge, focused on the details and finished the job on time. They all deserve 5 stars for work done for us. I strongly recommend Yuhan Co . for any service on HVAC system

  Yuhan came out a week earlier than the original appointment due to a cancellation. Shawn the technician diagnosed the problem as a bad compressor, which is why the AC system was only blowing warm air. Having to replace a 20 year old compressor is not the worst thing that could happen. Shawn was professional and personable, and explained everything very clearly. I have a great deal of confidence in Yuhan. To follow-up, Gian, the Yuhan field supervisor, came out a few days later to confirm the scope of work. The following week Oscar and his crew came on time and replaced our AC system. Oscar and his crew put down tarps to protect the floors, cleaned up 100% when they were done, and explained everything that they did. Gian returned to our house when the work was done for a final inspection. We are very pleased with the work that Yuhan did. Thank you to Justin in the office, Shawn, Gian, Oscar and his crew. Everyone was professional and personable and a pleasure to work with. Our house is cool again, just in time for the July heat wave!
