  I have us d many HVAC companies over the years. My contractors recommended YUHAN. They are the best team and I most highly recommend them. They were able to solve a problem with my air conditioning system that no other company could correct. Jose and his crew are a delight to work with.and clearly explained everything to me.   Very professional service with a reasonable and honest approach to pricing. Another company insisted that I replace my entire furnace and AC system simply because of its age. However, since both units were still functioning properly and the only noticeable issue was an unpleasant odor, Yuhan recommended starting with a thorough inspection and maintenance instead. The technician carefully evaluated the system, identified the cause of the odor, and resolved the issue. Thanks to Yuhan’s practical and trustworthy advice, I can continue using my existing system for at least a few more years without unnecessarily replacing the entire system. I truly appreciate their honesty, professionalism, and excellent service.

  The HVAC installation team did an excellent job from start to finish. They were punctual, worked carefully to avoid damaging any walls or other parts of the house, and left everything clean and tidy afterward. I also really appreciated that they proactively suggested better-quality materials and options when available, without trying to add unnecessary costs. Most importantly, they paid attention to future maintenance and made sure the system was installed in a way that will make servicing and maintenance easier down the road. Professional, thoughtful, and detail-oriented. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable HVAC installation team.

  John was very thorough and professional. He carefully inspected the HVAC system, accurately identified the problem, and did a great job troubleshooting. He also took the time to explain everything clearly and was very friendly and helpful. We were actually close to replacing the entire unit, but thanks to John’s careful diagnosis, we found out that replacement wasn’t necessary. I highly recommend asking for John and getting his opinion before making any major HVAC repair or replacement decision.

  I called Yuhan to take a look at an AC that was not working in our 2BR condo. The tech arrived at the tail end of the window, and after a few minutes let us know that the system would require a complete replacement (compressor & blower) and even some duct reworking, which I thought was odd because this is a condo community with standardized room layouts. The estimate was $12.9k which nearly gave me a heart attack. Given the cost I sought out a second opinion and had another HVAC company come out. The repairman meticulously tested every electrical connection with his multimeter for about 40 minutes, going through the process of elimination, and eventually traced the problem to a loose connection which caused the compressor valve to get stuck in heat mode only. After replacing the lead, the system was up and running again, and I was again in shock. Had it not been for this second visit, this review would have turned out very differently. Maybe it was just oversight on the first tech's part, I don't know, but given the lack of time spent and the quick turnaround to generate the exorbitant quote, one cannot help but feel like exploitation was in play. I can only speak to our experience but I later heard of similar reports from my cohort. Best of luck to others.
